Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had a great week! This home was so convenient to Flagler Avenue and an easy golf cart or bike ride to just about everything in New Smyrna. We loved being able to take our dogs and the separation between top & bottom worked for two families.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024Boardwalk was a great place for us stay when we were in New Smyrna Beach. A lot of room in the rental for us and when our family visited. Just a minute walk to the beach. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay near the beach.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Tara was super accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. Having both floors for our two large families was amazing. We had so much room and was across the street from the beach. Loved everything about this house.

Stayed Apr 6, 2022This unit was great. It was roomy, very well equipped and is in a great location. Just a half a block walk and you are standing on the beach. We absolutely would book it again.
