We had an amazing experience renting this property and everything was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The home has a warm, welcoming feel, with plenty of natural light The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, beach, yet peaceful and quiet. Our pups enjoyed outside grassy areas and we loved the view. We most definitely will be back.

Kathy and Spencer’s home in north PB is all you could ask for and more. Stunning views in my my personal favorite neighborhood of PB. The home is perfectly appointed, super clean, and just lovely. My kids had the best time playing ping pong ball tournaments in the backyard. We brought our bikes and stored them in the garage for easy access to sunset swims. Only complaint is the week went by way too fast.

The property was very comfortable and clean. Kathy was easy to contact and she responded right away.

Kathy and her husband were great. Very responsive to all of my questions, their place was immaculately clean, lots of towels and beach items to use, and a perfect view of the area from the front porch. Great spot for a group of 4!

The house was clean and well appointed. Check in went smoothly. It was a convenient location for our needs.

This property worked well for me and my husband as it is centrally located with easy access to the freeway. We enjoyed the patio at night and the beautiful view of the city and Seaworld fireworks. The family room is comfortable and despite just having one bathroom this was a lovely home in a nice neighborhood.

This was the Perfect spot to do all the things, and come back to a beautiful peaceful home away from home! The views are spectacular, hosts are quick to respond to anything we needed or had questions about, and provided everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. We will stay here again when visiting area!

House was super clean! Very comfortable and homey feel. They provided a lot of extras like beach gear, washer/dryer, bathroom essentials. Beds were really comfortable and the outside spaces were very relaxing. The hosts did a great job at communicating.

This property is wonderful, location is ideal for Pacific Beach, parking in private garage, fenced yard for our dog, clean home with all things needed for a beach stay. The home is comfortable and very beautiful. The neighborhood is very walkable for groceries, etc., and of course the beach! Kathy was a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions I had. Check-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect for 3 adults plus one dog. Also, there were fireworks from (I think) Sea World during our stay every night visible from the front balcony! Added bonus!
