Sprawling dog-friendly lake estate with pool, patio, fire pit, games, & views

Beautiful house and grounds. Loved the location. Great weather We got to explore the Cape. Trip to Nantucket. Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms. Fire pit and pool very enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Vacasa staff easy to reach and communicate with.

The house was well furnished ( the kitchen had high end appliances). The out door area had a large pool and fire pit. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the pool and open concept. The privacy was a nice touch and the owner was delightful. We can’t wait to come back next year

This house was perfect for my family of 18 that spans three generations. There was plenty of space for folks to be together or to have time apart. My elderly parents benefited from the first floor suite while the young adults in the crowd loved the entertainment spaces. We all enjoyed the pool, kitchen, and living area together daily. The house was well equipped for my family of cooks and had plenty of the daily necessities (soaps, detergents, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) to get us started. Smaller groups of us enjoyed trips to Nantucket, went on a whale watch, kayaked, visited the Barnstable beaches, shopped in Chatham and Harwichport, and had daily ice cream adventures. We had a blast and have already talked about booking the house again in the future. Thanks for sharing Plum Paradise with us!

Once a year our family of 12 (ages 82 to 5) meet to celebrate Christmas at any time or location we are all free to travel. This year it was June and the location Cape Cod. Plum Paradise was perfect for our needs. The house was amazingly beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever encountered. There was plenty of seating for a large group to enjoy time together. The many bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone comfort and privacy. The ground floor suite was perfect for this grandmother. The children enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and high quality board games. The home is beautifully furnished. The location is perfect for day trips. We visited Nantucket, Martha ‘s Vineyard, Providence and Boston. The yard is beautifully manicured, the patio great for grilling. All in all would definitely recommend this home for a large group.

This house is perfect for a large family gathering! Plenty of rooms, comfy beds, lots of bathrooms and ample indoor and outdoor space to relax in. Location is great. Easy access to everything, towns, beaches, pond hikes. Don't hesitate, this place is a winner!

Worked great for 8 guys that each wanted their own room. Well situated property. Had a great time.

We were lucky to meet the homeowner on our way in, she is a wonderfully kind person who connected with my daughters (my older daughter asked that we send her a big THANK YOU). This house was great, and with amenities not listed (e.g. there's an additional mini-fridge for drinks, which was fully stocked with water, and an RO water tap near the sink). We were there for a week with extended family in late August of 2024, and this one was one of the best houses we've vacationed in as of yet. It is roomy and clean, private, near a farmstand, and close to Hyannis (we highly recommend whale watching and the pirate boat for little ones, stay away from the Cape cod train). The pool was great and when we were not on a boat or on the beach, the kids loved playing in it. Note that there is a warm water tap with a large hose on the side of the house, we discovered this much later (the water can be just a bit chilly). Overall, excellent well-stocked home with beautiful updated amenities (and best of all, huuuuuge kitchen island proximal to a wolf range).

This house had it all for our large family vacation! It was equipped with plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The backyard had a variety of seating- lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, and a table. The kayaks for the lake were perfect and the inside table games were nice to have on the rainy days. The house is in great condition!
