The house was wonderful! We had plenty of room and loved hanging out around the large dining table. We also enjoyed beautiful views of the lake! Our hostess was helpful and everything went smoothly!

Fabulous house! We dad a wonderful family reunion. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views with baby ducks and herons on the dock. A perfect place for our family reunion. We will definitely go back again.

Super convenient location for trips into the City. Also loved the local cafe only 1 mile from the house. It was absolutely perfect for our trip!

Great rental for our large family group. A few mattresses need replacing, some were brand new and very comfortable. In fact, when we returned home, I purchased a mattress like the one we used in your house. The host was quick to answer our questions and observations. Beautiful views.

Property was stunning and very clean. The balcony views of the lake were amazing to wake up to and great for listening to the water. Property is conveniently distanced from the busy Seattle city, while still close enough for a quick drive into the city for a nice dinner or two during the stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lake view with a large living area was definitely comfortable staying at the house. Although there was a fireplaces but didn’t know how to turned it on. No instructions can be found. It would have been better if it worked. Especially the weather was still cold at times.

This house was amazing and provided everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances are awesome. Everyone in our group was totally impressed not only with the location (Lake WA) but also with how comfortable and inviting the house was for our gathering. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The host was gracious and very responsive to all of our communications. You will certainly be glad if you stay at Bella Vita. We are already starting to plan our next stay at this house.

This is the perfect location for large groups. Everything you need is there. Access to great trails. Close to Seattle, SEATAC and Lite Rail.

It was pretty amazing! There are a few things that I would do different with some of the things in and out of the house, but overall we had a beautiful time!! Neighbors are a little nosy, snobby, and unfriendly!

Hosted a group here for a birthday party and could not have picked a better location. The house is beautiful with sweeping views of Lake Washington as you enter and a great entertaining area by the water. Will definitely be back.

Cheryl was outstanding to work with regarding communication, and the house was perfect for our family. The grandchildren loved staying together in the room with several twin beds. The kitchen has numerous items that made food preparation easy. The deck and view were lovely. We could not have found a better place for our family reunion.

We had an incredible stay here! Ot was our large family Cousin Camp and the property was perfect. There was room enough for everyone and we never felt cramped. The open floor plan allowed us to all be in the same space - cooking, playing cards, reading and we could all be together without being on top of each other. The owner responded to minor issues very quickly! Tried to book for same weekend next summer and it’s already booked! So, act fast! She’s a keeper!!

A group of about 20 of us stayed here, and it was perfect! The home is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Several bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including the stunning primary suite and the large bunk-style room. The downstairs apartment is also spacious with two bedrooms and a shared bath—highly recommend renting it for extra space and direct access to the lawn and lake.We loved spending time swimming and sunbathing by the water, and one day we rented a boat through Trey at Premier Water Sports. The marina is just five minutes away, and my partner even picked us up right from the dock—such a fun and memorable experience! Trey was fantastic to work with, and the homeowner Cheryl can connect you with him. Highly recommend bringing paddle boards and floaties to enjoy the direct access to the lake.The kitchen is fully stocked (we even baked a cake in the KitchenAid!), and the grill and living spaces are clean, cozy, and perfect for a group. Cheryl was a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time—just book it!

This lakefront retreat on Lake Washington is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had discovered a hidden oasis: serene, private, and beautifully appointed. The panoramic views of the water are absolutely breathtaking, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or watching the sunset reflect off the lake in the evening.

We booked this home for a women’s retreat and reserved 4 nights in case anyone needed to stay the final evening for an early flight. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, and the view took our breath away—absolutely stunning. Three of the five bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the water, with views from Bailey Peninsula to Renton Airport. Very peaceful and serene.The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. It had 3 dishwashers, a wine fridge, 2 freezers, a full-size fridge, and an ice machine with 2 scoops, which was very convenient.The first-floor garden and patio were lovely. We didn’t use the tabletop fireplace or grill, but they were nice to have available.Cleanliness could be improved. After dumping the ice into a cooler, we found mold under the ice tray. The main balcony had cobwebs, and some outdoor cushions were missing or found out of place. The third-floor balcony had wicker chairs but no cushions at all, which made it hard to relax outside.Quiet hours are listed as 10pm–7am, but noise from neighbors after midnight disrupted our sleep. I reached out to the host multiple times and received delayed responses—sometimes not until the next day. After three nights, we decided to leave early since no one needed the final night and we all needed rest.

Spacious and amazing property with a full view of Lake Washington! Bedrooms with balconies that open up to see the sunrise over the water in the morning. Fire pits for the evening. Bedrooms are huge! Great area to socialize downstairs. Very highly recommended!

The house was a great fit for our family gathering. It is well equipped for large groups (sheets, linens, kitchen supplies, etc) and spacious for hangout time and kid play time. Cheryl was responsive and accommodating with our request for an early check-in and a question about checkout. The street parking setup was even easier than described; we often parked most cars above because it was easier for coming and going.

My group really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl's lakefront property. This location really can't be beat! You are treated to breathtaking views of the lake around every corner in the house. The proximity to Seattle was also nice, as it was only a short 15-20 minute Uber ride to get downtown. Cheryl was also super responsive and attentive. Can't say enough good things about our stay!

We loved visiting Seattle and all the wonderful attractions, and then coming back to a house with a beautiful setting and playing games with my grand children. Quick communication with owner with quick answers to all questions. We would stay here again if we come back.

My family and I visited Seattle for 5 days. We had a group of 16 people and this cozy home with beautiful, scenic views of Lake Washington was more than accommodating. Our host, Cheryl, was great! We arrived a little earlier than planned and she had no issue with us checking in a little earlier than planned. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great - with a nearby park we visited to play pickleball and a cozy Ethiopian coffee shop within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again and I recommend this to anyone looking for a large home with a beautiful view!

We stayed here while attending a conference in downtown Seattle. The location was perfect to get away from the city and enjoy some great views but close enough that we could explore downtown. The place was goregous and had everything we needed! Cheryl was a great host and super responsive!

We had made amazing memories during our stay here. Beautiful view and lovely ambiance. There were a few minor details that did get in the way of comfort and privacy like mold in the shower curtain in the multi-bedded room and the door did not lock properly. The dishwasher in the main kitchen did not work, the kitchen stove was not cleaned as well as the grill which had a layer of mold on it. Again, minor details but did alarm for concern at one point. We were able to book the bottom unit last minute to host everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it fit our family and friends comfortably at the end of the day.

I hosted a small group of women for a retreat weekend. It was a beautiful environment to rest and refresh in. plenty of room for everyone, great view and very clean. Instructions were simple and not overbearing and the host was gracious, easy to communicate with and accommodating when unexpected snow hit.

Booked this place for my wedding party after looking at the amazing reviews. The place was beautiful and my guests had an amazing stay with incredible views. The parking instructions were very confusing and the host called me to complain about it, the call was 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle, I told her the same, she was very in empathetic, I still passed on the message to my guests who took care of it as soon as they could. I was charged a huge cleaning fee, so I never asked my guests to clean after themselves while checking out, they still collected all the garbage and packed them up in a corner. But a few hours after checkout I am harassed on my personal phone by the host with very wild complaints that there was garbage all around the house and that the towels were thrown down the stairs , I checkout sooner than some of my guests, I called each one of them and asked if that was true, they clarified that they left the used towels on the floor upstairs as they would in any other stay and that they took the additional pain of picking all the garbage downstairs and leaving them in a bag in a corner. No one threw anything down the stairs. The host was asking for my Venmo to charge me extra for cleaning. The whole conversation a day after my wedding was so rude and unpleasant.

This home is pretty, and the back windows allow a stunning view of Lake Washington. My family was very comfortable in this home—we had the top two floors. My parents, who are 80 years old, had some trouble with the stairs, but for most people who stay, this won't be a problem. Cheryl, the owner, was kind and responsive. We visited the area for my son's wedding, and it was centrally located for all our events. We had a very nice week in this pretty home.

We have done annual road trips for football games for years. A large group of friends finds a large rental to make home base on the trip. This is probably the nicest place we've stayed in our travels. The property is quite luxe, with mostly (all but one) en suite bedrooms. Master is special. Rest of bedrooms very nice with 3 total having lake views and balcony access. The common area — kitchen, dining room, living room, game area — is open concept and made for the perfect place for the gang to hang out, with large windows running the width of the area for spectacular views. Cheryl was responsive to our needs during the stay. The battery was dead on the door lock and she got someone over to get us in quickly. The place is better appointed than many rentals we've stayed at where you can tell no one lives there because they lack basic kitchen accessories. Seattle was a great place to visit and this house was the perfect place to house us.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Sitting on the back porch and looking at views and the water was our favorite part! Thank you for having us.

This property is hands down one of the best if not the best place we’ve stayed. The home had all the amenities we needed and more. The view is breathtaking and the environment was very peaceful. Cheryl is an excellent host which just put the icing on the cake. This one is a tough one to beat! I would love to stay at this property again if the opportunity presents itself. My cousins and I enjoyed ourselves immensely!

The house is well appointed with comfortable beds. The view is amazing. Just be aware that not every bedroom can have air conditioning on at the same time. Usually not an issue for Seattle, but they do get the extreme days once in awhile. We had a great time and the host was very responsive and helpful.

This house is nice and big and is great for maybe 6-8 persons. (We had 12) Kitchen was well stocked and nice. But with no real AC. There are 2 mini splits (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs in bunk room) other bedrooms have portable AC units you must vent out the windows and fans. And if you run too many portables it throws the breaker. It was consistently warmer in the house than outside. As a group of 55+ adults from the Gulf coast area if you say house has AC we would expect adequate AC. One couple had to leave as sleeping in the house was too warm for them (temp was 77- 80) The last night was comfortable as the temp outdoors went down. Also note one bedroom has no access to a bathroom without walking through one of the other bedrooms. And there is a extra fee for each guest after 6 guest per night. This was new to us as if a house is advertised for x (22) amount of guest the advertised price is what we have paid in the past without the hidden fee. Our group rents 3/4 VRBOs per year and this is the first issue we have had that could not be resolved with host. After our stay we discovered multiple reviews regarding the AC issue.
