Spokane Valley Home w/ Fire Pit - 1 Mi to Trails!

Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Truly felt like home, very comfortable, very clean! Love the separation of the common areas like kitchen, dining, great room from the bedrooms, gave everyone a chance to be either socializing or having private (nap) time. Highly recommend. Deserves a 5 star!

We traveled to the area for a wedding. The house was perfect for us, our children and grandchildren. It was clean, spacious and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. It will surely be our first choice if we return to the area.

This was a great property and served our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a couple meals. The beds were all very comfortable. The location was great in a quiet nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the evenings. Would highly recommend this property.

This was such a great house for a friend’s family and ours. The hosts were quick to respond and the listing is accurate online. Close to an elementary school we were able to take the kids to and play on the playground. We came on this trip to go to Silverwood and the house was about a 40 minute drive and was in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment that we needed to cook full dinners and breakfasts. We appreciated the touch of kids plates, bowls and cups.

Great location and perfect for our multi generation stay. The neighborhood was ideal for our purposes and felt safe for all ages. The house was as described and easy to check in and out. The owners were communicative and welcoming. We didn't have any problems or complaints. Hope to stay again soon.

Had a great time! A little far from downtown Spokane but nice to be out of the way at the same time.

We have family who live in Spokane so we were joining them for Christmas. The hosts were kind enough to even offer to put up a Christmas tree for us! The tree outside the house had twinkling lights as well. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Greenacres. The home was clean and comfortable. Our favorite features were the washer/dryer, the backyard that the kids loved playing in, the fire pit for smores. Beds were comfy and clean. The home offered access to a pack and play for the baby to sleep in as well as a baby gate. Potential guests may wish to consider that all bedrooms/bathrooms are accessed via staircases. The property managers were super easy and responsive via text. BONUS-- there is a Starbucks about a block away for morning coffee runs :) Highly recommend this beautiful home. It is an ideal family home in the Spokane Valley area.
