Splendid waterfront home with media room, game room, hot tub, & gas grill

Beautiful spacious home with lots of amenities! Great, private getaway. Can easily rent a boat nearby and love swimming right on the property

Beautiful, spacious, many amenities (especially the dock, fire pit, pool table, ping pong table, super comfy beds). But no internet 1st 24 hours and then spotty; limited AC on 2nd floor, especially the bunk room; and missing handles on back glass doors on lower and main floors.

This spacious house is in a truly peaceful setting. We loved playing games in the yard, making s’more at the fire pit and spending time in the downstairs bar area when it was raining. Having three refrigerators was an added plus. Our main disappointment was as the hot tub. Although Vasca sent a hot tub worker, Joe, on Sunday, we still needed to add water to the tub every day as it leaked. Joe told us not to touch pump one, so the temperature would not change. The jets did not work well. Vasca was very concerned about our difficulties with the hot tub. Being close to the park and discovery center added to the plus of this location. We had lots of fun playing games in living area in the evenings.

We loved the spaciousness of this grand house and the proximity to the lake. This truly is a peaceful location!! Our family had lots of fun playing games in the yard, making s’mores at the fire pit and hanging out in the large bar area downstairs when it was raining. Having three refrigerators was another big plus. Vacasa was prompt in responding to our needs. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work well. Vacasa sent a hot tub worker on Sunday morning and he told us that we would need to put more water in the tub every day as it leaks. He also told us not to push pump number 1. The jets were not powerful. We are grateful to Vacasa for giving us compensation for our inconvenience with the hot tub. The jacuzzi tubs in the bedrooms were excellent. Our family time at Deep Creek Lake was very enjoyable. It was nice to be near the state park and we enjoyed visiting the discovery center there.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday and her two requirements were a hot tub and a fire pit. When we got there the hot tub was ice cold and dirty with debris. Immediately contacted the company who asked for pictures which I sent. They said they would be in touch, after not hearing anything I called the next morning. The lady was very nice and apologized about no one contacting us and said she would send someone over. Someone came from maintenance about an hour after we talked and said he would get a company out to drain it and get it running. Shortly after he left I got another call from the management company saying the hot tub was broken and hasn't worked for awhile and said it shouldn't be on the listing. This was frustrating because there was multiple houses I was looking at which had hot tubs. Other issues had 2 screen doors broken off the hinges and multiple others with the screens broken out, the grills had rusted grates and needed propane. The other issue I had with the management company was they stated they would let you know if you could check in early, we booked the stay for the off season and thought we there was a good chance. We were there 1.5 hours early and waited outside, no one was there cleaning, at 3:30 I texted requesting to go in just to use the restroom which was denied and said I had a check in at 4:00. I will never rent from Vacasa again. House is beautiful and we had a good time despite the issues we had with the company running it.

Gorgeous house…inside the house looks like John Dutton’s house on Yellowstone!

Very spacious home! We were 4 couples and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved the wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom gas fireplace did not work however. Hope that has been fixed.
