Guest Access:

The Spirit of Sofia values privacy, experience, and simplicity. As such, your stay will be unburdened by hotel lobbies and clunky check-ins/check-outs. Our “Minimal Staff Model” strives to maximize your feeling of seclusion and streamline some of the less-exciting parts of travel. We are just a phone call away if you have any questions or issues : ).

Quiet hours: 9PM – 8AM (strictly enforced)

No events/parties without written approval

Traveling with Pets

We love furry friends! Up to 3 pets welcome with a $300 pet fee.



Fire up the BBQ for dinner outside with friends and family. Enjoy your heated pool, hot tub, or lounge in one of the many seating areas poolside.

Please note: We have a projector that can be used and it is best to be used outside. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in date so we can set it up for you. Please note that it is on a first come first serve basis since we only have 1 unit.



Parking Details:

There is one spot per room on-site. Spots are not assigned therefore parking is not guaranteed. On-street parking is also available.



Alternate booking requirements may exist for area events.



Pool temperature is kept at 76 degrees (Oct-Apr), with an option to heat it to 84 degrees for an additional fee of $150 + tax/day with a two consecutive night minimum. Please note that we need to be informed at least 48 hours prior arrival if you wish the pool to be heated.



This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.



As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.



Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.



MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:

Mon, Wed, Fri 8-10 am (Pool Cleaning)

Wed 1-3 pm (Landscaping)

*Our pool cleaners and landscapers will enter the property to work on exterior/communal areas but will not enter any guest rooms.



We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
