The house was wonderful and location was perfect!

Very happy with everything at the property. We have no complaints nor suggestions apart from the fact the BBQ wasnt working so that limited some of the outdoor experience.

Fabulous house!!!! I can’t recall staying in a house where so much thought has been given to what people staying will require. House was so clean, so nicely decorated, beautifully furnished and a lovely garden.We took our boat and the private jetty was fantastic. First time to Mallacoota, won’t be our last. Will definitely be renting this house again.

House was all clean and ready for us on arrival, while we didnt cook much, any utensil we needed was there. Being close to shops we generally just walked everywhere, and the pier made fishing and paddle boarding very easy. A very relaxing and enjoyable time was had, many thanks

Stayed at Spirit Level with my partner, three kids under 6 and parents. Found the home immaculately clean and garden extremely well maintained. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen, cleaning, bathroom and laundry supplies. Toys and boardgames for children. Easily heated during the cold nights with the wall heaters. Plenty of off-street parking, although due to the close proximity to the main street and water, we walked everywhere. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Spirit level has the perfect pitch of homely comfort and aesthetic detail. Situated Within comfortable walking distance to the township, the lake and bush walking tracks we had a genuinely relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spirit Level has become a regular home away from home for our annual winter break. Comfortable beds and sofa, fire place, modern bathrooms and kitchen, clean, spacious but still cosy sun filled spaces. There is so much to love about this house. Can’t wait to return next year.

This gorgeous little house, was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to town and beaches.We took our boat , so to have our own private jetty was awesome. My dogs loved the spacious and secure backyard. Surrounded, by different species of birds, and we had a resident koala whom we named Edna.would highly recommend this property to anyone, as it has all comforts of home.

Great place to stay

A beautiful 'beach' house. Clean, incredibly close to the street. We didn't drive for 6 days. Great backyard for kids too.

We could not fault the property great location perfect for fishing adventures, long walks, beautiful beaches and relaxing. Plenty to see and do. We rode our electric bikes to the Croajingolong National Park it was 30km round trip it was great fun.

Lovely house with an airy feel, ideal location ( water views from back yard!), well stocked kitchen & comforts throughout. And Mallacoota itself is a gem.

Spirit Level was perfect for our family holiday. Very cosy and comfortable and close to everything. Just wish we had a boat to make use of the jetty!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Spirit Level and we are already planning a return trip for next year. The house is so inviting and comfortable. I was actually happy we had a day of rain as it gave us an excuse to enjoy the fire, stay in our PJ’s till late and relax and read the papers. It really is a home away from home and the new upgrades, including new main bathroom are a lovely addition. Thank you for all the extra touches and easy to follow instructions. 5 stars across the board.

We had a wonderful time at Spirit Level. The house is immaculate and set in beautiful gardens with water glimpses. The main street is within throwing distance but the property is still quiet and peaceful. The owners and house were very accommodating of our dog who enjoyed the spacious well fenced backyard. Heating is very effective. Ample blankets, towels etc. Fantastic location, close to walks, parks, amenities. Highly recommended!

Beautiful clean place, check in a breeze, great communication from the host and the most important thing of all, we caught plenty of fish!!
