The house sits high up in the cool Ponderosa Pines. You will feel like you are in a treehouse! With a wall of picture windows, you can look out and feel lost in the forest with a great view of Sierra Blanca Mountain. Have a morning coffee or glass of wine out on the deck and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. There are 2 identical bedrooms which can easily accommodate 2 families. Each room has its own attached bathroom with 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed with a pull out trundle. An extra half bathis also available. Get cozy with a nice blanket and sit by the fireplace. A complete and stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite meals. A washer and dryers is also onsite for you to use at your convenience. So come by, stay a while and enjoy our favorite mountain town.

Great stay, incredible view, house was neat and very clean. Easy access instructions for property from Host. Great location for quick to and from Ski Apache. Ideal for adult couples or a family with kids. Layout accommodates both well. Not a party place. Highly recommended and I will seek to stay again in the future.

We’ve stayed in several places in Ruidoso but this was the best! Location, cleanliness and everything was spot on! The view was spectacular, neighborhood was quiet, a great location to walk around! We will definitely stay here from now on!The owners communicated with us several times to see how things were.All around great place to stay!

I would recommend this to family and friends, the home was cozy but spacious and very clean, the view was beautiful and our deer friends came to visit each night. Easy access to main highway to get to other destinations. Definitely will rent again next trip to Ruidoso! The owners were always available if needed.
