Set in a beautiful holm oak grove (hence the name), villa Las Encinas is just a few minutes drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The house has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019 to 2020, with the aim of modernising it and adapting it to current demands. Amongst the most important improvements to the house, the interior floors have been renewed, as well as one of the bathrooms and the toilet. A new and modern lighting has also given more luminosity to all the spaces, including the exterior in which several atmospheres have been created to be able to enjoy the day and the night.

From the parking area, stone stairs lead up to the terrace where the main entrance to the house is located. From here you enter the living room, equipped with sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with wireless internet connection so that guests can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other platforms accounts.

From the living room an archway leads to a hallway that connects to the kitchen from which there is also access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice table with 8 chairs for those days when it is more inviting to eat inside the house.

From the aforementioned hall we can access the other rooms of the house. On the ground floor we find two of the four bedrooms of the house: a double bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, and a twin. The double bedroom offers beautiful views of the mountains of Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir. All rooms have air conditioning with no time restrictions.

The exterior has several spaces and rest areas so that the client can enjoy different atmospheres. The main terrace, covered, is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and is the most practical as it has easy access to the kitchen and barbecue. The latter, uncovered, is ideal for those who love to grill.
The chill-out area, located on another of the terraces and accessed through some beautiful stone arches, will allow those who prefer a quieter atmosphere to relax after dinner. The other covered terrace (located in the same space) has a small bar and a table football.

Finally, in the front part of the house there is a small platform with a table and 4 chairs for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the holm oaks.

The swimming pool, rectangular and of more than 50 m2, has a Roman staircase, spaces for sun loungers and an area for the Balinese bed.
