Spectacular well stocked townhouse minutes from Bethany Beach

A spacious and well equipped house with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. This is our second time staying here and we hope to come back!

What a wonderful vacation and a beautiful location! The house was immaculate. Everything was perfect. There were so many activities for the kids. From fishing off the dock, kayaking & only being 10 min. away from the N. Bethany beaches was AWESOME!!When we had a few minor questions, Shawn & Jen were there for us. We’re definitely booking again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, it was exactly as it was described and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever been in. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond when the pool pass needed reset (though no fault of theirs). We definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

We really enjoy the outdoor patio along the water and the fully stocked kitchen. It’s a nice community and the home has plenty of space for us. Shawn and Jen are excellent hosts and very responsive. We plan to be back again!

Beautiful property, we had a very relaxing time

We love it here - and we must because this is our second year in a row at this vacation house. The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. There is so much to do with the kayaks, pool, and general area. The owners are extremely kind and helpful too. We had a fantastic week and were bummed to go home.

Our stay there was very nice! Lots of additional amenities! Wine, candy, snacks!! A nice touch! Sheets and towels provided. Love the swing on the porch! One small problem was the air conditioning. Raised the temperature because it was very cold and it would go back to 70 degrees each time. Was not comfortable being so cold. Very nice place to stay. Lovely neighborhood.

We have been going to Beathy Beach for many years. This house was my favorite place so far. It's in great location right behind Weis Markets. Just a short trip to the beach. We also like to fish and crab just a short trip to Holtz state park for fishing. Many great restaurants are near bye. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Great place and plenty of room. Close to restaurants, grocery

Our family of 8 adults stayed comfortably for a week. The master suite is very spacious. The other two bedrooms upstairs were tight, but adequate. The overall space in the home accommodated is well. Shawn and Jen are great hosts and very responsive. You can see they want to give their guests a great experience. It was an easy 7-10 minute drive to the beach and only a few minutes from Evans Park which had an awesome playground for little ones, a nice walking path, a Ninja warrior course for kids and/or adults, and 3 pickle ball courts which we enjoyed. The back patio overlooking the water was a very peaceful and relaxing space to enjoy.
