Spectacular Waterfront View! A/C - Minutes to Beauitiful Beaches & Golf Course!

Everything was great. Hostess was very responsive. Wonderful place to stay would stay again.

The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a groom-to-be. Every room and sleeping quarters were comfortable and spacious. Space was key as we loved hanging out together. The 4-season porch with enormous windows overlooking Thatcher Pond was our favorite spot in the home.Set in a very nice neighborhood, the exterior was well maintained. The yard was manicured beautifully with a plush green lawn.The interior had all the accommodations needed for our large family with a nice kitchen, well stocked cabinets of dinnerware, glassware and flatware.The home was clean, warm and welcoming. superb communication from the owner.It was a victory for us to have a successful stay with no complaints. I’m glad found this property for us as everything about it made us feel at home.Thank you for being such great hosts,Michael & family

This is a large family home on a small pond (no swimming) with a new deck and cozy sunroom where we spent most of our time when at the house. Kitchen was very functional and open. I think it’s ideal for large families and there is a lower level with multiple twin beds and access to the outside. Only a very small bath on lower level but it is a full bath. Great outdoor shower too. Hosts are wonderful. There were 4 of us younger older adults and this home was a big large for our needs but it was in a good location and we enjoyed the area immensely. For those with mobility challenges, this home could be problematic. though there are multiple ways to enter the home, the most common ways to access are via stairs. Also the mattresses are okay but not what we are accustomed to in many rentals these days. Again, an overall very good home, great hosts, and positive stay.

Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

Our stay was lovely. The home is very spacious and super clean. The deck is beautiful and overlooks a lovely yard and pond. Great place to read and have coffee. My parents really enjoyed sitting in the four seasons porch room. It has sliding doors and stayed cool with the AC. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice place to cook and still be able to chat with family in the sitting/living room. My husband loved the basement level with its own bathroom/living room and walk out to another outside sitting area and outside shower. The four beds down there were wasted on us but great place for older kids. The bathrooms upstairs were nice and updated. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. Carol was lovely and was quick to trouble shoot and issues that might come up. My dad did get a canoe out in the pond and caught two bass. The beaches are about a 15 minute or so drive away but getting the weekly beach pass was well worth it. We really enjoyed Scargo Lake after a day at the ocean. Great swimming. Very small suggestions: having some hooks or towel racks. Also could use a bit more lighting on the porch and by the keyless entry door. Grilling was tough in the dark. But we did accidentally leave our meat thermometer on the fridge. Ooops. That will help! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.
