Spectacular three bedroom home with central air

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is well appointed and in a great location. We did have trouble with the Central A/C working properly which did put a negative spin on our vacation. Martha Murray did a good job to try to resolve this, but unfortunately the issue did persist throughout the week. I'm not sure if I would book this house again because of this.

Wide open kitchen with high quality appliances, everything you need to cook your own meals. Enormous TV, very comfortable beds, plenty of space and comfy couches to lounge around in. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this pristine, peaceful home.

The kitchen with island is a great addition and the dining table sits in a nice area. I struggled with the Google Nest thermostat in maintaining cool air in a very hot week. The 2 main drawbacks are a musty basement with mold inside the clothes washer door gasket and poor Wi-Fi.I give a 4 for cleanliness due to the master bath shower tile needing a deep clean and the floors throughout while they were swept were not clean. Dirty handprints can be seen on walls and doors of bathrooms. The location is great, allowing travel to 6A, Rt.28 and Rt. 6 quickly. While I am familiar with Cape Cod for those who are not there was nothing offered as information on where to go what to do other than menus for take-out. Finally, this was a nice home in a great location for a very reasonable price.

So many special touches that make this property first class. Some upgrades to the patio area since last year too. We hope to be back next year!

Beautifully decorated, up to date appliances & fully equipped kitchen. We loved the two living areas & the sun room. Beautiful backyard & the central air was wonderful. Lots of space & closet room. Will definitely rent again. Only thing I wish there was is a fire pit in the backyard but otherwise this place is awesome!

The staff was so helpful and responsive when our trash was not picked up. We had a wonderful stay and we are considering rebooking the property with one exception. The only significant issue with the property is the outdoor shower. It is poorly placed/designed and it does not drain. The way the water backs up is seriously disgusting. Other than that, we loved the place! Thanks!
