Had a great stay at the property. Close to attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our large group.

This property was great for our family (we had 11)! We loved spending the evenings watching the sunsets, pretty close to beach (3 wagons for hauling) and lots of space/bathrooms for the family. Humor: there was a surprise for us, hope you enjoy too! Needs (all reviews are accurate): air conditioning did not keep up (was hot upstaris), upgrade to paint, bedding, lower level couch(riped up), dirty/barely working grill, lack of seating outside, very few chairs/boogie boards, outdoor shower needs platform secured, standing water on outdoor decks (big puddles), worse of all: only one wine glass (LOL-the rest of the kitchen supplies were good). Linens were not on vendors list. This would be VRBOs fault, not L&F. So call if you don't see them. They did come right away after I called. This all being said, I will return next year. We figured it all out. I will bring a bunch of wine glasses and leave them for the next tenants!

The property was in a great location for our family. It is a nice house but needs some upgrading to the house and property. The house needs outdoor furniture for all the decks so they can be used as none really exists. Pest control would be helpful as the outdoor area had a lot of spiders and flying insects. Indoor areas need painting and upgrades to furniture.

Excellent place to stay, we had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone! Great bay views. Short walk to the beach (actually a very easy walk). Check in/out was super simple. Short ride to all the action in Bethany & OC. But tucked away enough to sit back and chill and watch the sun set w/ out all the hustle and bustle. Overall a great place to stay . Cable went out a few times during the game and we could not watch it all the TVs did not work and carpet and matted dirt. Other than that great stay

We were very happy with the size and general cleanliness of the house. We were unfortunate to experience some issues which was no one's fault but very frustrating due to the poor communication with the management (refrigerator failed, air conditioner's refrigerant leaked, loss of power due to an overheated line). More than half of the outside chairs were broken as well as one of the kitchen chairs. We couldn't easily all sit outside to enjoy the views. Hopefully Long and Foster can resolve these issues. It does have a beautiful view of the bay and we enjoyed the space.

Great property for a big family. We used all 7 bedrooms, which were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen & main living area were open and big for gathering the crew, and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach. The house could have been a little cleaner though, and there were some broken kitchen chairs sitting to the side with a cautionary note on them when we arrived. The outside decks had a good view of the bay, but we didn't spend much time out there. Lots of spiders on the top deck and the covered deck on the middle floor had a very slick surface. It was actually a little dangerous because when any water was on it you were certain to slip and fall. We just didn't use that one at all.

Great property for multi-generational family reunion - good bay views from many decks and rooms - neighborhood well kept and quiet. Elevator a plus for move-in and out since kitchen is on 3rd floor. Beach access directly across route 1 and I block north to lifeguard area. Bethany is super cute and has great restaurants.
