SPECTACULAR Ocean views! 7BR, 5 Bath, Hot tub

This house is awesome and welcoming! Great location to the beach and walking into town. The hot tub and a drink are the perfect afternoon combination. 10/10!

We love this house! We've gone there twice for our biannual family reunions. The location -- a block from the beach and boardwalk -- is perfect. The house is beautifully decorated. There's lots of space to hang out. All of the equipment, from steak knives to the hot tub, are top quality and in excellent condition. We look forward to (hopefully) to having our 2007 reunion there!

We had a great stay at the house! Lots of space and flexibility. Wonderful views of the ocean. Equipped with everything you need. Steps from the beach. A few minutes walk to the center of town. We didn’t have to get in a car all weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. The house was in good condition. We all enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having the extra refrigerator. The only downside was that the kitchen was small but overall had a great stay.

This VRBO rental has a prime spot in Rehoboth Beach. One house back from being ocean front. Can quickly & easily come and go to the beach. Has beautiful beach & ocean views from decks on three levels. Third story deck has fantastic views down the beach. Close enough to Rehoboth Avenue to easily walk to all the stores & restaurants, but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by any noise. Great hot tub. House was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for a multi-generational family gathering. Great to have en-suite bedrooms on first floor for elderly or those with mobility issues. Plenty of table space for all to dine at same time. Well equipped kitchen. Good communication with property manager. We hope to return one day.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was very clean. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. House was easily accessible and close to so many things. Would definitely stay there again.

We have rented this property multiple times and it never fails to impress. The location can’t be beat but the home itself was perfect for our winter beach vacation. We played games, used the wood burning fireplace, spent hours in the hot tub and walked to shopping and restaurants.

The perfect set up for a girls weekend trip. Close to the water-check! Top roof coffee sipping views-check! Hot tub-check! Walking disco everywhere-check!

This house has everything you could want or need for a large group of people looking to stay beach block in Rehoboth beach.

Our extended family group (ages 26-91) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Close proximity to beach, nice hot tub that was extremely clean. Plenty of room and spaces for everyone. Outstanding communication with property manager David before check in. He was extremely helpful and kept close touch and followup during a region-wide power outage as well. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The house was just as described, clean and so spacious. The convenience to the boardwalk was so convenient to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We hope we can come back again!

We all fly to Rehoboth or Bethany every other year to have all the kids and grandkids together for a week. This year almost didn't happen, but David saved the day! He is just the best manager of a home, so attentive and understanding! The house was immaculate. The Spa outside was new. And the teens were so busy I think they enjoyed the spa only once!!! The boardwalk is literally steps away, and very very safe. Now, how to fit all those stuffed animals they won at the arcades in suitcases... Thank you, David!
