Spectacular oasis with private pool, large yard, & game room

Upon our arrival, we encountered significant difficulties with the check-in process. We did not receive any check-in information or communication from Casago before our stay. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful; the phone number provided was disconnected, and a text sent through the app went unread. On the day we arrived, we spent 49 minutes on the phone with VRBO trying to resolve the situation. Finally, we received our information for the house, and, of course, the provided entry code did not work, so we had to reach out again to obtain a new one.Once inside the house, we found laundry left in the washer. The pool was dirty, and the filter was not running. The outdoor shower was filled with debris and was broken, and the backyard was in disarray. Charcoal was scattered around, and dirty socks were found in the cooler.Inside the house, wet towels had been left in the dryer for an extended period and needed to be rewashed. The return vents were covered in dust, and the sheets also required washing. The ice maker was not functioning. To address these issues, we went to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and began cleaning the property ourselves.Management was made aware of these concerns. Someone contacted us late in the evening, offering to clean the house, but by then, we had already taken care of most of the cleaning ourselves.

This house is an awesome place to stay! great location and space.

Listing said heated pool. Pool was not heated, so was not usable. Pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Only instructions about the pool was Don't touch pool equipment. Nice property, but pool was not useable.

Easy access, large home. noisy from the highway

Check in was easy. Location is great with multiple shopping centers 3-5 minutes away. A/C worked great for entire house except master bedroom for some reason. TV in every room including outside by the pool. Pool was clean and had plenty of accessories. Bbq worked great despite looking a bit weathered. Kitchen knives were absolutely dull and need replacing. Ice maker was broken and was not informed about it upon arrival even though owner was aware. Overall, great house and great location.

I would definitely stay there again. Very clean, quiet and the house is full of entertainment.

Nice place to enjoy with family. Overall cleanliness was not great. Mattresses need to be updated. Outside area was very nice but dusty. Game room was nice. Front door keypad deadbolt did not work making it difficult to enter. Trash outside was full upon arrival and had to call for a pick up. Overall, just ok.

Our stay was very comfortable we felt at home with comfortable beds, ability to cook for family and barbecue. Plenty of games and pool table to entertain and relaxing chairs and pool outside. Totally recommend the beach house for a nice relaxing time with family and friends.

House itself was fine other than the a.c. doesn't ever get the back bedrooms cool, or the house under 77 degreesand the tv outside doesn't connect to the internet
