Stayed Dec 22, 2025Listing said heated pool. Pool was not heated, so was not usable. Pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Only instructions about the pool was Don't touch pool equipment. Nice property, but pool was not useable.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Check in was easy. Location is great with multiple shopping centers 3-5 minutes away. A/C worked great for entire house except master bedroom for some reason. TV in every room including outside by the pool. Pool was clean and had plenty of accessories. Bbq worked great despite looking a bit weathered. Kitchen knives were absolutely dull and need replacing. Ice maker was broken and was not informed about it upon arrival even though owner was aware. Overall, great house and great location.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Nice place to enjoy with family. Overall cleanliness was not great. Mattresses need to be updated. Outside area was very nice but dusty. Game room was nice. Front door keypad deadbolt did not work making it difficult to enter. Trash outside was full upon arrival and had to call for a pick up. Overall, just ok.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Our stay was very comfortable we felt at home with comfortable beds, ability to cook for family and barbecue. Plenty of games and pool table to entertain and relaxing chairs and pool outside. Totally recommend the beach house for a nice relaxing time with family and friends.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024House itself was fine other than the a.c. doesn't ever get the back bedrooms cool, or the house under 77 degreesand the tv outside doesn't connect to the internet

Stayed Jun 9, 2024This house was perfect along with the amazing backyard pool area!! Between the amazing pool, bbq, and outdoor music to when the sun went down and we went inside for a game of pool, music , and games we had the most valuable time together as a family!!!

Stayed Apr 4, 2024All we expected and more. We loved playing pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and relaxing by the pool in the sun. The home is well stocked, clean and has plenty of room for everyone with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. One of the rooms has 2 bunkbeds that made it nice so our adult boys could have there own bed. We will rent this property again for our Phoenix AZ vacations.
