Spectacular North Scottsdale desert home

Amazing trip, amazing house, and beautiful property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great desert getaway!!

Absolutely loved it!!! Amazing views and awesome pool.

While the home was beautiful and spacious, it was extremely dirty! It looked as if no one had been in the home in several months. There was a layer of dirt and dust on every single surface. My feet were black from walking around. And worst of all there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Our entire group was made up of girls who are terrified of bugs. And the house had crickets in every single room! Spiders as well. Even saw a roach. The longest we went without seeing a bug on this trip was 10 minutes. They were constant. The bugs/dirtiness of the house wasn’t the only sign no one has been inside. There were Christmas and valentines decorations that hadn’t been taken down. We paid for heated pool and it was not heated. One of the pool umbrellas had broken and was propped up with kitchen knives!!! We couldn’t believe it. One of the knives fell out and could have hurt us. The patio furniture was upside down/messed up when we arrived. And the pool toys/floaties were scattered around as well. The host had great communication before arriving. And the house was big/beautiful! But seeing all the dirtiness and killing bugs constantly after paying so much was really disappointing. Also the downstairs thermostat won’t let you go below 75. We were pouring sweat in the Arizona heat

Great house with great ambiance! Really enjoyed the stay.

The check-in process was simple. The supplies of kitchenware bath towels and pool towels were more than adequate for our group of seven. When issues did arise during our four weeks stay the owner responded within minutes.

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location of Arizona, host was awesome and made sure to help asap if any minor issues arose, would definitely recommend a stay here!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked with utensils, appliances, towels and made our stay hassle free so we could just relax and enjoy our time together.

The layout of the home was excellent for our extended family get-together. Plenty of space for many activities.

Excellent and beautiful home. Love the house and most importantly the outside area. Got a little duraflame log and enjoyed a fire outside. Close to stores, coffee shops and easy access to places. Loved the neighborhood.Hope to stay here again!

Our favorite home we have rented in 5 years running. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pros: pool was amazing! Patio space was clean and comfortable. Rooms we comfortable and private for the most part (one is a jack and Jill area). Sunsets were beautiful! Outdoor fireplace was awesome. If you visit be sure to be there at sunset to check out the Gambel Quails settle into the tree for the night. It was very facilitating. Kitchen appliances, silverware and cookware was totally stocked. Cons: TV in the living room. We gave up. It shouldn’t be this hard with the cost of smart TV’s today. That was all we found. It just forced us to hang out by the fireplace instead!Thanks again!

The property was beautiful and well appointed. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining space. The location was great and close to many fun activities. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale.

Large property with great location and views. The pool is a terrific amenity.

Home was beautifully built but not maintained well. Pool was in need of attention (turning green). The house served us well for the need we had A/C was great and that is huge when it’s 110 and above.

Quiet neighborhood, great location to nearby restaurants. Pool area at the house was very nice and we used it daily.

The house is abit tired and needs some up grades for sure. The yard needs some TLC. New cushions for the chairs as they are ripped and tatered

We had a total of 6 individuals stay. Our family loved the pool and utilizing it most of the day. The location is close enough to everything we were looking for, while still be out of the town and being quiet.

A large house with different living zones. Also in a good location. Host was very good to communicate with and directions for using the home were clear and well presented. It was an excellent stay.

Great experience, beautiful house and neighborhood

Nice property. Great location.

Received check in instructions from the owner a few days before arrival. Self-check in went smoothly as described in the instructions. Minor questions submitted to the owner via text were answered promptly. The property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 7 who visited my wife and me on overlapping schedules. Dining areas both inside and out were great. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchenware as well as some common spices. Thermostats were easy to operate and maintained the desired temperature throughout our stay with outside temperatures ranging from the 50's to the low 100's. The pool and patio area were sizable with ample chairs with some of the most comfortable lounge chairs we've experienced. The heated pool was maintained at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The property's location provided easy access to stores and restaurants. We've rented around 8 different properties over the last dozen or so years in the northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale areas at approximately the same time of year. This property ranks near the top in terms of enjoyment and livability. We've already reserved it for next year.

Enjoyed the pool and house.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and location. The outdoor area is stunning and we spent many sunsets on the patio. The only drawback is the property needs some tender loving care to resolve some simple maintenance and cleanliness issues.The owner is very responsive, the property manager not so much.

Overall very comfortable and well-equipped place. Some areas are in need of repair, but didn't bother us on our stay. TV is a bit small.

Very much enjoyed the old Scottsdale feel from when houses were built with some space and desert between them as opposed to the new jammed together neighborhoods.

Our family enjoyed the pool, giant home in secluded Scottsdale area close to Mayo Clinic. Lots of towels and pool toys. Kitchen had everything and my husband loved the outside fireplace. We bought lots of wood at the grocery store and watched the stars and planets. Owner and property manager great communication. Would rent again.

We were able to stay at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked and had more than we needed. We were there with our elderly parents who lived in the area. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great stay. The pool was fabulous and heated nicely for us. The location was perfect for getting around and was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much! The host is very responsive and helpful.

beautiful property with great southwest arch. and decor. Enjoyed all the amenities. However, property wasn't clean - some rooms and areas had lot of dust. The BR adjacent to Jack and Jill BR bed had very bad mattress. It was soggy, low and very uncomfortable.

This house is a great location with beautiful views. Communication with owner was very quick and responsive. The house could use some updates and it would be perfect.. it was still a beautiful home and comfortable bedding.

The house is in a great neighborhood with gorgeous grounds. The house itself is beautiful in and out. Next time we go to Scottsdale we will definitely book this house again.
