Stayed Nov 26, 2025Hated to leave! Perfect property for our large family gathering! The layout allows everyone to have a space to hang out in with lots of entertainment areas. Gorgeous surroundings and very clean property. Communication with hosts was excellent and very pleasant. We felt right at home and everyone was sad to leave!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025This is nice house and overall the family enjoyed our stay. There were some listing errors that created problems but ultimately the host made things to our satisfaction. It is too bad that someone made the decision not to air-condition such a nice home when it was constructed.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025I would have stayed here forever!! This was a perfect place for my bachelorette weekend trip. We had 16 people fit with room to spare. Property is beautiful!!! My only complaint is that there is no AC so it did get a little hot during the day, BUT we were able to cool down by having the windows open and fresh air come in the house!! Be careful if you plan to uber anywhere it can be a bit challenging for the driver to find the road. Overall I would 100% book again!!

Stayed May 26, 2025This was the perfect place to celebrate our cadet’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. We were so excited - and it exceeded our expectations. Each level offered something unique, and the space was perfect for our 15 group. It was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and only 10 minutes from the Academy. We enjoyed beautiful rooftop views of Pikes Peak, had a billiards competition, watched movies in the theatre, and prepared a spectacular celebratory dinner for our graduate and guests in the gourmet kitchen! We’ll definitely be back!

The host communicated punctually and clearly. Easy check in, easy to find. Very private and quiet property. Stayed Mar 17, 2025From beginning to end, this rental was the best decision we ever made! My husband is a baseball coach and our varsity team has a bonding trip for the first few days of spring break. This house did not disappoint! Summer was so easy to get ahold of and answered every message in a timely fashion. The house is stunning and every single coach and player enjoyed every second!Thank you Summer!

Summer has been an absolute babe in communicating and making sure the trip was incredible. We plan on coming back on anniversaries!

Stayed Feb 8, 2025We’re so happy we stayed at this house! The house is huge and has so many different and fun little areas to hang out and enjoy each other. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the massive pine trees makes it feel like you’re in the mountains. There was a herd of deer that kept coming up to the house that we loved watching through the windows.
