Spectacular Mesa view 3 room home

Great location and perfect size.

We had a lovely 4 day stay. The jacuzzi was our favorite part. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay and relax together.

I've stayed at a number of terrific vacation rentals over the years, but this one is as good as they get. The house is beautiful, and everything in it felt like we were the first people to use it: crisp bed linens, fluffy towels, a fully stocked kitchen with a pristine fridge. The host thought of so many little details to make it extra special, from a big basket of cozy blankets for curling up with a movie to another basket of towels for the hot tub to a nice selection of games and jigsaw puzzles, even with coloring books and crayons for kids. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms we're spacious and immaculate with beautiful tile in the showers, the hot water comes on almost instantly, and the big sectional sofa was perfect for the whole family to watch a movie on the giant smart TV. It was too cold during our visit to try the hot tub or fire pit but they looked great as well. This is a 5-star home in every way, and family and friends who spent time with us there asked for the listing as well. Thank you, Kim, for an absolutely perfect vacation home!

Spent a week traveling Colorado and visiting our daughter attending CMU

This was an exceptional home and Kim thought of everything that most do not. The hot tub was icing on the cake and the proximity to Safeway and Main street was awesome. Thanks so much

Was is a new house and well taken care of. The hostess cares about the house and making sure everyone is confortable. It is a well stocked kitchen with all the small appliances, plates, cups and glasses that are needed to be able to cook and enjoy your meals.

One of the nicest VRBO homes we've stayed in, and was obviously much better than than the 3 Marriott properties we stayed at during this road trip but only slightly more expensive. Very nicely equipped. Neighborhood was very quiet. Owner very easy to work with.

Kim's VBRO was amazing. If we ever visit Grand Junction again, we will no doubt be staying here. It was clean, well-stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We felt like we were in a five star hotel. We loved the fire pit and patio. It was very homey and welcoming!

Really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back
