Spectacular Lake Views, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Private Hot Tub, and Game Room!

I’m did not have the code to get in the door, called Michael and he was very quick to respond. I think this place could use some updating. We had to fix the drain downstairs so it would drain there is so much hair clogged in the drain, the pool cues have no tips on them, the chair downstairs falls apart and where was the hot water? About 4 of us got a warm shower, the rest were cold that should have on demand hot water heaters installed and it definitely needs to be cleaned better. Overall it was a very nice place had everything we needed and the beds were good and plenty of room for everyone . If this was my property I would go in clean it myself and fix some things in it.

Loved our time in Branson. Home is beautiful and comfortably fit 40 women for a getaway weekend. Michael is awesome to work with, 2nd time we’ve used him when coming to Branson! We enjoyed the hot tub and the hikes around the property down to the lake. See you next time!

I booked this property for a family reunion of 40 people, ranging in age from 18 months to 82 years. The location was great, quiet and scenic, but there were so many things to do within a short distance. The home was clean and well stocked. We had a few issues that were addressed quickly by the host. Just note that although there is sleeping for 40, the common areas are very small to accommodate those 40 people.

Lots of room for large family reunion. Clean and well-stocked home, everything in good condition.

Everything was perfect

The property was convenient. There was plenty of space. There were some issues noted by some of the ladies in the group. Several mention noticing that there were things under the bed, gum in one bed(in sheets) and a few pieces of trash behind the dresser/under the bed. Hoping this was due to the fact that we had asked to get in sooner and perhaps the cleaners were rushing, which caused them to miss a few things. Communication was superb. Would definitely stay again!

We decided to visit Branson because of the opportunity to stay together in one house with all the accommodations we could ask for. We stayed for 5 nights, and had 14 adults, including 6 couples, and each had their own king suite with private bathroom. Everyone reported comfortable beds, and agreed that the spacious home was adequate for everyone to congregate or to find a little quiet. The oversized hot tub was a big hit, as well a the fire pit, pool table, and packman game. The kitchen has more than enough dishes, utensils, pots and pans, slow cookers and spices. There was plenty of space for the food, drinks, and ice that we brought in. The house was clean, and having laundry detergent provided was helpful - we did a couple loads of towels due to frequent use in the kitchen and hot tub. We had a great trip and all agree we would like to come back for the experience in the house again.

My parents happiness was priceless seeing family living all together and having the amazing accommodations for everyone made our stay the beginning of a new tradition. Thank you for the use of this beautiful home and all of its amenities.

Enjoyed hot tub and going to nearby attractions

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the host was pleasant and accommodated our special request without fuss. Location was convenient to Lake and Branson.

This property is amazing! The location and landscaping is outstanding. Both kitchens are well equipped. Plenty of towels, etc. Close to water and to Wal-Mart! As well as interesting activities for our group which ranged in age from 10 to 77. The game room was a big hit. Amazing sunset and fireworks one night, too. Swimming pool and hot tub where well used, too. Michael is awesome. Responded immediately to our concerns. We are already booked for next year. It will be our third year in a house hosted by Michael. Thanks for all the memories!

We had our family reunion with 30 people ranging from 5 months to 83 years and this property was perfect. It had the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen and dining space for all of us which is rare. We were short some kitchen linens but when I messaged they brought some immediately. We had to go to the state park for our corn hole tournament but that also was close by and perfect. All the Branson activities were easy to get to as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great property for a large family reunion with a good mix of adults, kids & toddlers. Plenty to do for the teens & kids—enjoyed the hot tub & pools. Close to Moonshine Beach & State Park Marina so easy to pop back in for dinner & trade off groups out on the boat. Plenty of seating & kitchen space for our needs.
