Sitting on a beach gazing at the world famous, clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe, with snow capped mountains in the background, is a memory that will last a lifetime. The scenic Flume trail is walking distance from the house. This old logging trail offers panoramic views of the Lake from many locations high in the mountains. You can also play tennis on private courts in the subdivision. The summer weather at Lake Tahoe is amazing. You will never want to leave.
In the winter and early spring, enjoy skiing one mile from your front door at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. RESTAURANTS & NIGHTLIFE
Crystal Bay and Incline Village have a variety of restaurants from casual to high end. There is also a large grocery store in Incline, so cooking meals at home is convenient. The Hyatt hotel, just 2 miles down the road on the shore of Lake Tahoe, offers casino gaming and entertainment. There are several more casinos a short drive (4 miles) away in Crystal Bay.

HOME ACCOMMODATIONS
This lake & ski view home is 2100 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bed and bath downstairs). The extra large master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (with Tempurpedic mattress) and large sitting area. It has a big walk-in shower, Jacuzzi jet tub and cozy corner fireplace. The other two rooms also have Tempurpedic queen size mattresses. In the winter, all beds have electric blankets. The home has an amazing infrared sauna for relaxing after hiking, skiing or swimming.
Prepare a meal in the beautiful gourmet kitchen that includes granite counter tops, a double oven and windows looking out at the skis slopes. Relax after a fun day of skiing in front of a roaring fire in the living room. When you are not enjoying the outdoors you will find many things to do inside. There is a library of books and videos, cable TV, high speed Internet, children’s toys, games and even a Karaoke machine.
