Our home offers a a spacious lower floor in a bright home located high on a hill with expansive views of both Lake Coeur d'Alene and Lake Fernan. Only 10 minutes from the center of downtown. Both sunrises and sunsets are daily visual treats. Our neighborhood is quiet and traffic is sparse.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Fantastic place to stay, the view makes it all worth it! Glen and his wife have a lovely home that is well maintained and cared for. The home is well furnished and comfortable, four adults had ample room to spread out and relax. But we all wanted to be on the deck with the 180 deg view of Fernan Lake and Lake CDA! A much needed and very relaxing stay, looking forward to returning.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Wonderful stay on a hill overlooking Fernan Lake and Lake CDA! We even saw fireworks from the deck! The home was bright, clean, comfortable, with lovely decor and furnishings. Ideal location very close to town attractions and amenities but not in the thick of the crowds. Also well situated for the short drive to excellent bike trails— the Trail of the Hiawatha and the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. The home and hot tub provided us the place we needed to rest and relax before and after our bike rides.
