House on Araujo Island in Paraty RJ, front w / the sea, with wonderful deck, pool, barbecue and private pier for boat, w / view w / the Bay of Paraty. A special place of lush nature. Transfer by boat on arrival and back included in the lease. Water and goings of the continent light. Accommodation in four suites all with new air conditioning and also w / ceiling fans. One of the suites with 28m2. TV room, dining room, toilet and kitchen with integrated fridge freezer and cupboards.
On theIsland there is hiking trail, access to the island center of the restaurant, small store, bakery, small store and church.
House equipped with freezer, refrigerator, stove, cabinets, fans, air conditioners, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bed linen and towels.
Wonderful pool integrated grill and deck providing a fabulous view of the bay of Paraty. Activities such as swimming, kayaking (included in rental), diving and fishing are local characteristics. There is also a games room with card table, pool table, ping-pong and foosball.
For those with boat up to 30 feet can anchor in front of the house.
