Large house very well located, about 700 meters from the historic center. with large rooms and well distributed, comprising 6 people (ideal) and 8 (large sofa bed máximo-)
It has a suite, a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and service area. The outdoor area has a comfortable balcony, shower and parking for one vehicle.(We have more places included in the property next door) The barbecue will be ready by end of Dec / 2014
The kitchen has all the utensils and all the necessary appliances. In the room we have a large, comfortable sofa bed, sideboard with LCD TV 40 (HI TV via satellite) and WIFI (kitchen and living room). In the room we have a double bed mattress box, two-bed, dresser with crab and macaw. En suite have double bed mattress box, dresser with crab and macaw. The suite and bathroom have large luxury shower.
