Spectacular Home with Theater, Theme Rooms near Disney with Waterpark & Resort.

We had an amazing weekend getaway here with a large group of friends and kids. The house itself is fantastic for hosting — way better than being split up in hotel rooms. The big kitchen made meals easy, there were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, and the kids loved the games and theater room (once we got it working). Having everyone together under one roof was exactly what we wanted.That said, there were some frustrations. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult. Friends who arrived before us were supposed to be able to check in after we completed extra DocuSign paperwork and sent our ID/credit card, but they were still turned away and had to wait until we arrived.The biggest issue was the pool alarm on the sliding doors. While we appreciate the safety feature, the system is poorly designed. Both sliders must align perfectly — with zero wiggle room — or the alarm blares nonstop. Every time the doors opened or closed, the contacts shifted and set it off. Even maintenance couldn’t get it fixed; their temporary “solution” failed within an hour. We ended up avoiding the sliders altogether, which was a major inconvenience.Finally, the theater took nearly 40 minutes to set up, and once it worked, the only audio came from the projector itself. Minor compared to the pool alarm, but still frustrating.Overall, we had a great time. The home’s size and amenities are excellent for groups, but check-in, the pool alarm, and the theater setup need serious attention.

Great house for large family reunion! Was great no disappointments at all!

We had booked this beautiful home and was sooo excited to stay here! Play the games in the garage, the pools table and enjoy the pool! After traveling all day…we arrive at the resort to check in…this is where it all goes down hill!We check in and are given the address. I look to my husband and say…this isn’t the address I was given through VRBO…that’s weird. So we get back in the car and head to the address given at check in. It’s the WRONG house! We go in and first it looks as though a frat party had been there. Not well kept at all. Stains all over the walls and the floors and smelled like smoke. We immediately get back in the car ans head back to the check in area. We explain that this is the wrong house. Not the house we CHOSE on VRBO. That’s why we rent from them…so we know what we are getting!They explain the owners showed up and there’s nothing we can do. This isn’t our first rodeo! If you have a rental…you submit when you want your property for your use. Apparently this didn’t happen or it was missed. Which isn’t our fault. So we asked what are you going to do. We have been here and hour. Have been traveling all day and now dealing with this! Manager showed us two homes. We took one because we needed a place to stay. Theater room didn’t work. Didn’t have all the amenities I had chose in the first house. No cushions for the chairs outside so we could utilize the pool. Just unacceptable for the price!They did credit us 425. Thank you! But Feel not enough

Listing was accurate and the home clean. Me and my family had a good time.

Overall the stay was awesome. The one issue we had was with the cable not working in more than half the rooms the 5 days we stayed on the property. We called 3/4 about the cable and no one ever came to fix it.

We had a great time here at Encore. The property was beautiful and clean. The kids loved the game room and media room. Everyone that works at the resort was helpful and friendly. We are going to be back!

The house was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 12 people. The check process was great . We truly enjoyed the home - the furniture ( sofa downstairs has stains , looks dirty needs to replaced . The pool table upstairs was dirty & had some burnt holes in it. Had some issues with the sliding door . but our overall stay was great . We enjoy our time together.
