Wonderful property in a great location. Our family of 12 had plenty of space. Pool and outdoor area is a nice setup.

The house is beautiful and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The one issue we had was that the house is listed as a 5 bedroom, but the 5th bedroom is a loft and is not private since you have to walk through this loft to get to the master bedroom. The only way this can work is if your party has young kids who don’t mind this kind of arrangement. We unfortunately were all adults so it was disappointing for us. The listing should really be shown as 4 bedrooms plus an additional bed in the loft. This is equivalent to counting the hid-a-bed in the couch as a “5th” bedroom.There were a couple of other minor issues which were addressed by the management company. We made it work and the house is great for large groups, but be aware of the bedroom situation if you want/need to have 5 private bedrooms.

YES! Our dream vacation! The home was perfect for our family of 13. Everyone had plenty of room. Our grandson kept saying he didn't want to leave. The finishes in the house were very high-end, well stocked on supplies and a great location.

The house was amazing for our three families of 13 that traveled to Kauai. Everything was just as expected. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was well stocked with anything and everything you could ever need. The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and wagon were very useful! The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants! We can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and I brought our three daughters, their partners, and five grandchildren (ages 17 months to 11 years) for a paradise vacation. Having never been to Kauai, it was a little challenging to find the perfect home.This dreamy home was EXACTLY what we needed, with four primary bedrooms with en suites, as well as a room for all the kids. We all had plenty of space. It was equipped with more than everything we needed! First aid kit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs (5), a pull beach wagon, lots of pool toys, a full kitchen with all necessities including a very cool ice making machine!We were very happy when we found the private and beautifully landscaped paths to the shops as well as the beach. These were very easy walks of less than .5 mile.Our communication with the property manager, Lauren, was wonderful. She was kind, responded quickly to our texts, and promptly accommodated all of our requests. The high chair and Graco pack and play were perfect for my 17 month old grandson (they stayed in the upstairs primary, which was perfect for them and quiet for the baby during nap time, even with all the other kids making noise).My husband and I really enjoyed the separate Ohana room, that had its own private entrance right in front of the main home. To be honest, I was very nervous about spending so much on a VRBO; however, IT WAS SO WORTH IT! We would definitely do it again, and the home was even more beautiful than we expected or than depicted in photos.

Wonderful family vacation in large beautiful home. Everyone was comfortable in the bedroom layout. Quick response from property manager on check in and through out stay. When we first arrived the pool was so clean and quiet we thought it might be empty! Curiosity was satisfied with the test of a finger.

It was beautiful, accommodating, clean, close to beaches and shops
