Stayed Jun 1, 2026This home did not disappoint! Beautifully prepared, location an A, hosts extremely responsive, could not have been any happier. We had a full house and plenty of room for everyone. Located on the river and next to the John Denver Sanctuary this location places you near all the things in Aspen. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a memorable week!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025A very nice vacation rental. Everything in the home is up to date and laid out well. Located at the end of a quiet street. It is a bit of a walk to connect a bus, plan accordingly. Ubers are readily available for going out to dinner. Town is also walkable.

Stayed Sep 10, 2024There wasn’t a day that went by, one of us didn’t comment on the location, the house, and the property. Peace and privacy on the property continued through every stroll in to town, with easy access to all our activities/adventures. Beginning and ending every day relaxing on the river with morning coffee and evening cocktails was absolute bliss. We’d love to come back in the winter!

Stayed Aug 13, 2023We’ve stayed at several homes all over the world. I believe this is my favorite. The location was perfect. On a river(I fished every day), and then we could simply walk to town for shopping and dinners. Plenty of space for 6 people and a nice patio by the Roaring Fork.
