Named “Koketsu” (Japanese for “nothing ventured nothing gained”), you will enjoy a, beautifully decorated serene and warm home environment
Enjoy close-up views of the Pacific Ocean from the Living Room, Dining Room, Den, Kitchen and Master Bedroom Suite (which includes a sunken tub, outdoor shower and adjacent hot tub).

There are two guest-suites (twin or king configuration); one with shower; one with bath and shower.

Guesthouse has king configuration and both shower and bath.

Ideal for 4 couples with each bedroom having outside entrance.

All bedrooms face upon an internal courtyard which surrounds a lovely koi pond. Young children must be monitored when near the water.

Koketsu has its own gated entry from Spyglass Hill Road. A NO SHOE and NO Smoking policy applies to all interior spaces.
The non-resident House Manager will assure your check-in is smooth and your stay a most enjoyable one.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The property was gorgeous with an awesome location, close to Monterey, Carmel and Laguna Seca. The common areas are relaxing with beautiful views and the bedrooms are large and private (master bedroom ocean view is stunning). The kitchen was well equipped and a great gathering spot. The property manager, Cheryl, was responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. The koi and local wildlife were great to watch, and the beach right across the road made for a lovely stroll. We will be back!

Spent the week here during the US Open golf tournament at Pebble Beach. House was amazing. Spectacular views, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time here. Love the Japanese decor.
