Spectacular Dog Friendly Home with Panoramic Views Free WiFi Game Room Yard

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Gracie’s sea view. Our 6 year old stayed entertained with the ping pong and basketball game in the garage. Parking was great- Lots of room! The home is updated and clean with a beautiful kitchen ready for the cook in your group to prepare a meal. We loved learning about Gracie and her impact on the Depoe Bay community and made the short walk to Gracie’s Sea Hag restaurant for dinner. My son was so sad to leave and made us promise to stay there again.

So many things. Couldn’t get in the house. Spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get access to the lock box to get a key out. I’ve NEVER had a door code with more than 4 numbers. The shower curtain liner was GROSS. I thought these type of rentals had washable liners??? Internet sucked. Couldn’t use laptops or phones. Apparently only streaming service no cable. The bathtub floor is so soft someone is going to go through it. The foundation is bad. The floors slopped so badly that my husband and brother in law fell the first day. Is this property even registered as a short term rental? The is absolutely no spices. No salt to be found. The linens were nice and beds comfortable. If I thought I had a snowballs chance in hell of getting a refund I’d demand one. This is absolutely the WORST property I’ve ever rented. And I rent several times a year. I’m tempted to call the state and ask if this is a licensed short term rental facility. A refund would be greatly appreciated

Great location with a wonderful view. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of games for the kids (and parents) in the garage. We enjoyed our stay and would book this home again.

Rooms were clean, main bathroom shower curtain needs cleaned or replaced. Upstairs bathroom light would not turn off and there was mold. Fixtures need cleaned. Location was great. Game room was a bit dissheveled. It would be nice if drawers were marked as utensils were scattered everywhere.We enjoyed our stay, thank you for allowing pets.

Amazing house with amazing views, in walking distance to all that is Depoe Bay. We saw so many whales from our windows. Loved the ping pong table and had fun playing board games at night. The kitchen and dinning table were so nice. We even had an Old Bay broil with our fishing trip catch. Love that it is actually Gracie's home from Gracie's Sea Hag. Perfect home to enjoy the Oregon coast from. Looking forward to coming back!

House was very clean and had lots of space for our 8-member family. Views of the ocean are great. Kids loves the game room and tv options. Beaches are only a 5-minute drive away.

Comfortable and cozy. Beds yielded great rest. Phenomenal ocean views from dining area and one of the bedrooms. Kitchen as great as it gets! Rec room provided such enjoyment. Thank you!

First, this is a nice property in a great location, right in Depoe Bay and walkable to the bars and restaurants. The view is decent, but somewhat blocked by a restaurant and a telephone pole.Also, the Vacasa staff is very responsive and helpful.However, there were too many maintenance issues to give a better review at this time.1) The door code is 10 digits long! It can be a challenge to get in the door with cold fingers or in the dark. Unnecessarily complicated.2) The electronic lock on the front door did not work at all, blinking red when any buttons were pushed. The battery seems to be low / dead.3) We had looked forward to using the fireplace since it's winter, but it is not usable. The fireplace is shown prominently in the 2nd property photo, but is not listed in the amenities. Other properties with non-functioning fireplaces typically make this clear in the property description, which sets the appropriate expectation.4) The door for the smaller upstairs bedroom does not latch closed and swings open unless you wedge a towel under it.5) The light switch in the upstairs bathroom is broken and is difficult to turn off as a result.6) The electronic counter for the basketball hoop doesn't work. We even bought batteries for it, but then discovered wires had been cut. Again, another amenity shown in the photos that did not work as expected.This home could easily be a five-star property - especially with a working fireplace - but right now, not quite.

The house is centrally located, lots of space, great off street parking. We were a little concerned about the motion detectors in each room. We forgot our iPad and contacted Vacasa but haven't heard back from them. The iPad was in the house when we left and then someone moved it to an address in Lincoln City. We still hope to get it back.

The home was very clean & well stocked with everything you need. Just grab your groceries & you're all set. Loved that it was within walking distance of downtown & right across the street from Tidal Raves restaurant, which we love! We'll definitely be back. The only thing we could find were the park passes that were mentioned in one of the emails, but we are a military family so they weren't needed. ?
