Spectacular Beach House!

Balcony view is amazing- best spot in the house. Kitchen was well stocked, had most items we needed to fix our family dinner. We stayed here few year ago for a week, when our Daughter got married. We would definately stay again

What a great house in a great location. Easy to get into town where there’s free parking and easy to get to Cambria, San Simeon and my beloved elephant seals. Would definitely stay here again.

Need to upgrade wifi to 5g.

Have stayed here several times in recent years, this years visit revealed updated flooring/carpet, paint and improved kitchen cupboard function.....very nice! Communication with property management was great, response to requests timely. Love the view and large, comfortable space.

This was the home base for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. Great deck and kitchen area allowed us to mingle, BBQ, and have a great time. The view of the ocean was awesome. Plenty of beds and a nice-sized living room as well.

Property was nice, and clean. However, the downstairs rooms were very cold and very musty smelling. Since there is no AC, it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. There is a garage for use, but we didn't know where the garage door opener was. I sent a message to the property manager, and he never responded. There was kess than half a bag of coffee left for 4 adults. We had to go buy our own coffee.Lastly, the property listing on VRBO represents the property having a pool, and more beds in the downstairs bedrooms, than the actual number represented in the photos. Didn’t appreciate being asked to put in a load of laundry. No problem running the dishwasher. We really liked the quiet neighborhood. And we loved the view from the deck.

We all like this property. It is in a good location. It would be great if the hosts/manager could inform us in advance that there is no shampoo and conditioners available in the bathroom, so we can bring our own.

Beautiful view and conveniently located. Lots of space for 10 of us. The online pictures need to be updated. The beds have changed, which caused a problem, with having to split a family and someone sleeping on the couch.

My family n I were very comfortable at your home.. my grandkids loved playing shuffle board

This was such a wonderful home to stay in. The amount of rooms, bathrooms and beds was perfect for the group that we traveled with. The kitchen was spacious and we loved sitting on the deck for breakfast. Lovely neighborhood and lovely hosts. Definitely a place we we will continue to consider for future trips

This home is a great place for four friends from Cuesta College days (Many years ago) to reunite annually. House is adequately appointed, spacious with a great view of the coast and the rock. Would suggest a curtain or blind be added to the kitchen sliding door to minimize the setting sun while dining inside. We look forward to our next year's visit.

Great location! Lots of space! Within 30 minutes of many activities. Quiet.

Nice big place in nice neighborhood. No issues with the property but the kitchen is due for a real cleaning. All cabinets and surfaces were dirty and sticky. We washed all utensils and dishes before use.

We had a great time at the house. We had family in to celebrate a graduation. We were able to bbq, play games and enjoy the amazing views. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here as two families with teens and toddlers. Great place for this sort of things - huge with lots of sleeping space, beautiful view of the bay, and the kitchen and garage were stocked with everything you need for cooking and hanging out together.
