Stayed Jun 3, 2026We had a great time here! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the pool area with an outdoor fridge, bathroom, and shower.

Stayed May 1, 2026This is a beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool and the hot tub and the cabana in the backyard are all amazing. This home is in very good condition and clean, but there are some signs of normal wear and tear. Small issues don’t bother us and we enjoyed every moment we had in Hot Springs!! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking your own meals, and there is plenty of clean bedding and towels. Soaps and all necessities are all provided. Everything in Hot Springs is close by! We will be back for sure!

Stayed Aug 31, 2025The house had everything we needed. The pool was great but the hot tub water was cloudy and had an odor. A little chemical was added and it cleared up right away. We did have an issue with the water in the master bathroom, unable to adjust it and it was very hot. We notified the property manager Lee and he had a plumber there within a few hours to fix it. Lee checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were all ok and also the day we were leaving. Excellent property and excellent property manager! Definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed May 1, 2025Overall the stay was amazing. Kids had a blast in the pool and even named the robot cleaner (Steve) which he is a very nice job cleaning. Me and family can’t wait to come back.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This was the perfect place for three couples. The house had everything you needed. The pool was excellent as well as the hot tub. The outdoor pool area was fantastic for visiting with friends. We will definitely be back when returning to Hot Springs .
