Very friendly host with excellent communication & even a recommendation for a delicious restaurant right next door. Plenty of space to spread out and a perfect little yard for our pup. There was a unit next to us playing LOUD music at 7:30 Sunday morning and the living room tv was not connecting to the wifi Saturday evening, but otherwise it was a great, affordable option for our family while visiting our college son.

The host was amazing with communications.The place was pretty.

Clean home. Comfy mattress. Did find some outdoor stickers on the carpet and sofa. We got pricked a few times. Other than, it was great

Everything about this place was great. Very clean and well kept. They even text us 2 hours early to let us know we could do early checkin if we wanted too. Beautiful home!

It was a beautiful place to stay and the inside was adorable! I gave it four stars because someone took both of our two spots and we had to park away from our door with my mother who has congestive heart failure, and didn’t need to walk more than she had to.

We had a great time! The place was clean and well decorated, and was conveniently stocked with essentials! The owners were also very kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience!

They were very communicative and response to our requests and were very friendly. Check-in and out was very easy. Great location and great hosts. 100% would stay again.

The property was wonderful

I greatly appreciate the proptness in response to my texts. We had some issues with finding sheets and locking the door. The host responded withing minutes and thr issues were solved right away. They house could use a little touching up, but that is just cosmetic stuff. The beds were comfortable and I loved the water pressue in the shower. Overall we had a great stay. The location is aweaome.

We had an amazing weekend at this fantastic property! The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, and the rental provided everything we needed to cook meals in the mornings and evenings. Communication with the host was excellent, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. 10/10, we can’t wait to return!

Nice, easy

The location wasn’t as I had hoped, but not being familiar with the area this was part my fault. I had hoped we could walk out and maybe go a block to the beach. Also, it wasn’t very up to date. Old pillows, lumpy beds. We have been used to being greeted with welcome basket, 5 star accommodations, a list of places to go, etc. lamps didn’t work, t.vs needed to be rebooted, we needed more supplies,etc. The pool didn’t look like the pictures either, and the playground was pitiful. This was a well used unit and it showed. Wasn’t worth the money spent.

Overall it was a nice stay. I know the price was primarily based on location relative to the beach and other activities. I feel that there are a few small touches the host could have provided that would have taken in over the top. There were not clear instructions about how to use the tv. No kcups or regular coffee provided. Dish washing and laundry soap pods were broken. It was very evident by what was provided that the hosts are more concered about saving a few dollars than the guest experience. Thank you for hosting, we appreciate what we had.

Went to Blue Angels air show, beach and nearby restaurants while visiting. Was a great stay at a wonderful fully equipped and nicely decorated condo in very clean and well maintained community! Pool was nice and clean with small playground adjacent. Owner was very helpful with answering any questions very promptly!! We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great stay, easy access and prompt communication. Kitchen is missing a few amenities but wasn’t a big deal for us. We would stay again.

Great little property. Perfect for parents and older kids. Older kids took upstairs area and parent quarters downstairs. Patio furniture was nice touch. Convenience to beach location is great. Designated parking spots were taken. But that is nothing the property owner has control over. Just other people not following courtesy. Would book again. Host was easy to communicate with. Property was clean and exactly like the pictures.

A lovely home with beautiful decor. The community pool and playground was perfect for the children, including the heated pool we used in winter. The beds were comfortable. The house was listed as providing shampoo and soap. The upstairs bathroom was missing both. Several dust bunnies were on the floor in the master bedroom but other than that we we found the home clean. We would definitely come here again.

We had a wonderful time. This was a perfect place for our family. The communication between the owner and manager was like no other. Check them out if you are headed to Corpus.
