Spectacular 7 Bedroom Luxury House with Pool and Hot Tub

Everything was first rate from start to finish. The property was immaculate and perfectly maintained. It's a beautiful home comfortably furnished with modern architecture that had a New England feel. Everything worked! The layout is perfect for large families. We had two families of four, a family of 2, and an elderly single. All accommodations were pretty much private and all had accompanying baths. The common area was perfect for family gatherings. The Dining Room was huge and accommodated everyone at the same time. The house was more than perfectly stocked. The pool area was lavishly furnished but perfect for fun and relaxation. The owner was gracious and communicated promptly with us whenever required. In addition to the usual manual, we had a 45 minute walk through by one of the home's residents who stayed in regular contact if we had any questions. The house came with a great supply of toys, beach equipment and even kids' bicycles. The driveway accommodated three cars easily and on street parking for guests was no problem. The neighborhood is quiet and the cul de sac location is great for kids. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave!!!!

This house was perfect for our party of 11, which included 3 young children and 2 toddlers. The cribs, high chairs, outlet covers, toys and swing set were a huge bonus for us! The layout was great for constant, comfy socializing. Master bedroom was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with spices, oils and other pantry items which is always a plus. The outdoor space was amazing! We had family workouts by the pool almost every morning! The only downside was that the outdoor shower wasn't clean/usable and some of the pool features weren't operating as expected (heat, waterfall, pool cover drain). The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything...definitely worth the 5 minute drive to the beach. The owner was always responsive, friendly and accommodating. **heads up: due to the pandemic, the owners don't provide bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels for safety measures so just be sure pack those items.

A really easy process in renting this property. The home is amazing with great amenities and living space. The layout of the kitchen and great room spilling out to the deck made for a great experience. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The proximity to Rehoboth Ave and the beach, shopping and restaurants is really convenient

I do not think the owner is getting a good deal on cleaning. Some beds did not have sheets. The sofa have not be cleaned for a long time. They do not pull out pillows and sweep crumbs or food . The kitchen was as stocked as just great. The only real complaint is it was hot hot hot in main room and kitchen and dining room. We were unable to do anything to lower temp.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 11 with ample space for children to play indoors and out. The pool and hot tub were perfectly sized for us to enjoy at all hours thanks, in part, to the pool toys in the garage. The outdoor dining table provided ample space for eating and game playing. It's a 4 minute ride to the beach (depending on traffic) for fun on the boardwalk. All-in-all, one of our best vacations ever!

This house had everything as advertised and then some. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Pool, grill, and all other amenities are nicely kept, very clean and made for a wonderful stay. The communication with David throughout couldn’t have been better. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the Delaware shore. Thanks for the memories

This home is a beautiful as the photos and was very accommodating, spacious and comfortable for our Thanksgiving gathering of 14. We found the kitchen to be well equipped with double ovens, plenty of cookware, serving pieces, dishes, utensils and glassware. The second frig in the garage was a tremendous help. Many could gather around the immense island for prep work, chatting, drinking and nibbling. We did all agree however that the cleaning crew could have done a bit better before our arrival in that we needed to give the counters an improved wipe down before we got started. The dining room with fireplace was a lovely setting for our feast where we all fit around one table. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms. I can personally attest to the comfort of the bed in the master which had a very comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. Its own temperature control was a big plus. Hot tub and large screen TV for football enjoyed! The neighborhood is lovely for walking and house is just a short ride to town for shopping and beach strolling. Owner was very accommodating to questions and needs. Would stay again!
