Spectacular 4 Bedroom Townhouse on the Beach. Incredible Views! Swim Spa. Tix to Top Attractions.

Our family loved the beach condo; no keys or key fobs needed to get anywhere. Spa/pool was nice. Plenty of room for us; enough chairs around for seating. Comfortable porch to sip coffee and dolphin watch in morning and enjoy a cocktail while watching beautiful,sunsets. Good kitchen with big fridge; some mismatched small appliances but we had enough to make our meals. Nice to have beach chairs, canopies, umbrellas, toys, floats etc for us to use. Also had gates to use for stairs who keep toddlers safe. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach!

We had a wonderful time at Captains Townhouse on Madiera Beach. What a beautiful large beach home with everything we needed! The nearby cafe, beach bar, ice cream, and fish market were a plus. We sure enjoyed the awesome beach just steps away and the swim spa. The views are incredible with being so close to the Gulf. We definitely plan to return.

The property itself is exactly as pictured. Walk out onto the beach directly from the deck. Fantastic viewing. Management company is communicative and punctual.

Perfect very clean!! Enjoyed the beach saw dolphins swimming from our deck. Great location would recommend this place to friends.

It was a great stay

It is a great location and the beach is beautiful. Plenty of towels and the beach towels were a plus . The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture is a bit dated. Definely need more outdoor furniture. The cushions all need to be replaced . Only one chair on the deck off the master . The unit is large and having a garage was good because it was hot. I was glad there were a few beach chairs. It is a necessity when you fly in. It was a bit pricey for the time of year. The lack of a pool is also a negative

I loved it. I wish there was a hot tub or pool, but understand the hurricane damage. It was close to the water and private.

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. We had more than enough room for 2 adult couples and 2 children. The location was key. Sunsets from the balcony and walking distance to everything. Having a garage parking spot plus room for another car in the driveway was ideal for us. Management staff was very responsive answering a few questions I had before and during our visit. Upon arrival the unit was spotless inside and well appointed with everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and some sand toys available for use. Helpful Hurricane Helene update: Prior to our trip, we were worried about the condition of the property since so many homes in the area were so badly damaged during the 2024 hurricane season. I’m happy to report this home is in great shape and will not disappoint. There is still some minor damage to the outside of the building from Hurricane Helene, but nothing that impacted our stay (missing patio tiles, minor vinyl fence damage, etc). The property manager was on site one afternoon assessing the damage and putting a plan together for those repairs so I’m sure it’s being addressed. I highly suggest this townhouse and iTrip. If you’re considering coming to the area, please do. The beaches are beautiful and the restaurants/shops are mostly all up and running. We were welcomed with open arms everywhere we went and thanked repeatedly for supporting the local businesses. Can’t wait to go back!

Aweome place to stay! Close to a lot of places great ocean views!

I recently stayed at Captains House and had an amazing experience! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the living space was cozy and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep after long days in the sun. The area was quiet and relaxing, but still close to great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy, and check-in was seamless. Overall, this condo was the perfect beach escape. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay by the ocean!

First of all, the location and layout of this townhouse are both wonderful! It is right on the beach and very close to a lot of great restaurants. The layout is perfect for a large family or mutli-family trip. However, the upkeep and cleaning of this location leaves some to be desired. We noticed the floors were not efficiently mopped, the outdoor shower was broken and not repaired, light fixtures had burnt out bulbs in dark bathrooms, the towels left fuzz all over after use, and overall the place just needs a few updates.

great townhouse. we rented both captains and admirals townhouse for a big family outing. it was great because they are next to each other and they have a great beach just outside your back door for the kids to play at. plenty of great food options close by. it's our second time staying there and plan to stay there again. if it was ever for sell i would buy the place it's that good of a location and setup for a family.

My main goal was to be on the beach and this did not disappoint! Beautiful beach views and easy walk to a perfect sandy beach. The house was roomy for 6 of us. It was surface clean, but could use a “deep clean.” (Very dusty under the bed and behind the tv) The outdoor furniture is pretty old and could use some replacing. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again.
