Spectacular 180 View in Roads End with Hot Tub

Host responded well to my questions and the home was very comfortable and well stocked.

The house is very well suited for large group gatherings. It is located in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln Beach, with a beautiful beach about an 8 minute walk downhill. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are excellent hikes in the area. The shops in Lincoln Beach are just a few minutes away. The three levels provided plenty of room for our party of8 adults and three children. The top. Floor has a great room and a very good kitchen setup for larger group meals. The view from all floors was beautiful!

This was our second year at this house with 4 families and it was great. Nice views, easy walk to the beach, very clean house. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Amazing! The kitchen needs some utensils as the house is big and demanded by a big group, it should also needs some more attention. Putting more toiletries will also be nice.

Nice house but definitely in need of some TLC. There must have been some significant water damage at some point in this home. Lots of bad patch jobs in the ceiling. No blinds or window coverings on the top floor, which is a beautiful view, but blinding from the sun all afternoon. No window treatments for the sliding glass door in the basement either. The kicker was the fire alarms that started going off at about 10:30 pm off and on all through the night. After evacuating the house with screaming babies no fire or anything was ever found. Just ended up disconnecting the alarms and trying to get some sleep. Batteries need changed. No baby gates or toys to play in the sand, which usually always is in a rental house. At least 3/4 of the pots and pans had peeling teflon and there was only about 6 coffee mugs. Not enough seating in the living room but we should noticed that when we booked. All in all, a nice house that could definitely use upgrades and maintenance. I don’t think we would stay again.

So hard to find a big enough house for our large family of 15. This house had everything! Location to beach, a room for all adults and play/sleep room for the kids. House is in good shape with everything you will need. Loved the sand washing station outside the house, which we used constantly, with warm water too! The ocean view was amazing from this house, so you could enjoy it even when you weren't down at it. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with the beach just a couple minute walk away. LOVED our stay!

Great location! Really fit the needs of our family! 5 min walk to the beach.. it had a direct line to the beach including stairs and handrails for older individuals.

This was a great property for out 4th of July vacation

The property was easy to check into and overall very clean. There were a few things broken (drawer handle to the utensil drawer). There were conflicting instructions in the binder in terms of cleaning expectations prior to departure.

The house was comfortable and had enough towels, conveniences, etc for all of us.Some of the cooking pots had scratches on the non stick surfaces and were unusable. The porch had some loose metal rods that needed to be secured.We did enjoy our stay.

We were gathering as a family to memorialize my late wife by spreading some of her ashes in Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area. Barb was supportive and helpful with me arranging the stay and having all the family who had gathered at the coast to have dinner together two evenings and it was a very important time to blend family as we bid my wife and their mother goodbye. The dining and living room area upstairs was a great place to gather and to eat. The ocean views were beautiful. If you have a large group looking for a relaxing place to stay I recommend this property.

Wonderful home with amazing views.

Incredible views, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space make this home ideal for large groups. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms and flex basement room with bunkbed, couches and a pingpong table. It gave everyone plenty of space for our Christmas gathering.

It is not in good repair. The cleaning crew does a horrible job. Hot tub not working found dirty socks in living room chair. Tv remotes no batteries and filthy. Doors and window seals totally gross. Back yard a total disaster. Overall we left the place cleaner then it was at we got there

We had a great time at the property. The location is great as it is a couple blocks from the beach and views are beautiful, but the windows are so dirty that it’s hard to actually see the view. The house itself is okay, kitchen could use more mugs/cups as this house is advertised to sleep 16 but it only had about 8 mugs which makes it difficult for everyone to have their coffee in the morning. Booking process went smooth. Also FYI you can only enter the house at exactly 4pm, the code won’t work if you get there 10-15mins early.

We chose this house for the view and how large it was. Wonderful property!! Good beds, good family area, great parking, deer every day and night! I was impressed with kitchen stock of pots, pans and plates. The property needs a few changes, but I would not hesitate to book this home again. THANK YOU

We had a wonderful time in the home. Great views, easy walking to the beach. It has a good open floor plan with lots of private spaces as well. Wonderful to have easy access parking. We hope to be able to book again. We enjoyed our time. Thank you.

We loved this property! The view was stunning, the location and walk to the beach was great, and we had a wonderful time connecting, cooking and relaxing. We had plenty of space for our 11 family members (who gathered from Oregon, Colorado and New York) and we agreed that this was our favorite place we have stayed in the Road’s End area. We did end up buying ice because the ice maker couldn’t keep up with ice needs, but that was a minor inconvenience. We would all love to come back and hope to do that in the next few years!

Large house able to comfortably accomodate 12 people. House within walking distance to beach and reasonable driving distance to a lot of coastal attractions. FYI, this is a beach house but does not have anything to help enjoy the beach so plan on bringing your own chairs,shades, toys etc. Beautiful views!!
