We absolutely loved the home. It was clean and very close to the beach. The pool was great to do on a day where we didn’t have any plans. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. It has everything we needed. Me and my fiancee brought our dogs on this trip. The yard was bigger than we expected and they had a great time laying on the back patio with us. Would love to stay here again.

This our third or fourth time at this property staying from a few days to three weeks since my daughter goes to school in Florida. I've never had any issues, it's a great location/neighborhood with all the anmenites needed to feel like home. I also noticed they have made some upgrades to an already great place. Thanks again, would definitely stay in the future when I'm back in the area.

Great Location and good host.

Very nice property and excellent location near beach and many activities. Pool is an added bonus and able to bring our dog a big plus. Bedrooms very roomy and comfortable mattresses. Pictures in VRBO are a bit deceiving as they showed four pool lounges and there were only two very hard plastic lounges with no cushions. The home lacked a few simple necessities like a bar of soap or body wash, conditioner. Only supplied a bottle of very cheap shampoo. The kitchen also was not well stocked and could use a few upgrades. But definitely enjoyed a lovely vacation!

Very clean home, nice pool with beautiful fenced in back yard. Walking distance to both Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins Beaches. We have stayed here for approx 3 weeks each both last and this year and would definitely stay there again. Great communication with owner. 5 stars for sure!

Perfect house and location for our quick visit to the Naples area. The owners were fantastic with their communication. We very much appreciated their attention to details about their home and our stay. The pool and backyard were a perfect retreat after a day of touring Naples. Beautiful landscaping!! Quiet neighbors and backyard. The house had everything we could possibly need to make our visit feel like home. Very comfy beds!!! We very much loved the Smart tv's so we could relax with some of our streaming services and catch our favorite college football team. We highly recommend this vacation home for a visit to the Naples area. Thank you for making our visit above and beyond our expectations!!

A Relaxing Oasis — We Didn’t Want to Leave!From the moment we arrived (in the middle of the night!), we felt completely welcomed — the host had thoughtfully left a light on for us, and that simple touch set the tone for the rest of our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully organized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need — from beach towels and pool toys to thoughtful extras.One of our favorite features? The sun chairs positioned just right so your face got a bit of shade while reading — such a small detail, but it made a big difference. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — everything you could want is within 15 minutes: beaches, shopping, restaurants. We didn’t use the bikes, but loved having the option. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Honestly, it felt like they had thought of everything. We had an amazing time, and the only downside was having to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home — we’d return in a heartbeat!

The property was overall nice and located in a lovely neighborhood. While we did have some down moments, and the place had a lingering cigar smell upon arrival (which wasn’t the owner's fault), it did affect our initial impression. Additionally, the property could benefit from some minor renovations. That said, I would still recommend it.

Comfortable, spotless, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Poolside Paradise. The heated south-facing pool was great, perfect for relaxing. I loved having morning coffee on the front porch in the rockers. The location is perfect and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

Our family of two grandparents, two parents and three children aged 3, 5 and 8 really enjoyed our time in the area and the private pool. The house has basic decor and furnishings but was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our trips exploring various beaches, which we appreciated. However, though we chose the house because it offered two king sized beds, only one bedroom has a king. The other bedroom is a converted living space with a queen bed and a hanging clothes rack.

Twenty year anniversary of our first trip to Naples. Loved time at the pool. Best bang for your buck. Close to everything. Would stay there again.

House is just as described. Very clean and very convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Loved the location in this quiet neighborhood. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Loved our stay and if we are ever in Naples will definitely stay here again. We can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed a wonderful 1-week stay. The home was a comfortable fit for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children). It is very convenient to the beach and multiple shopping/eating venues. It was chillier than we expected the first couple of days so the heated pool saved us. David was a very accommodating host.

The house was clean and quiet, nice pool and landscaping well equipped with dishes, towels, beach supplies, bikes washer-dryer, blankets, books etc. Great communication with owner regarding me coming in right after hurricane Milton. North Naples wasn't hit too hard and the property was sin great shape. Overall A+ would stay again.

Overall, the property was nice. This was the first place I ever stayed where the bedspreads were washed between guests and the matress pad was clean. The house was clean and did not have any odors. Well stocked for our needs including high quality toilet paper! We enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella for the beach. It would be nice to enjoy the bikes but they needed some maintenance. Unfortunately, the beach was not walking distance for us especially in the heat. Other than a walk around the neighborhood, everything else seem too far to walk.
