Everything was clean and looked newly remodeled. It was close to beach and multiple restaurants and stores. Having private garage was nice.

We traveled and met our son and his family. We had a 1 year old and the place had everything we needed for him to eat and sleep safely. We visited the zoo, sea world and went to a padres game and everything was only about 20 minutes away. The beach was awesome and there weee tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would do it again and our only complaint was that we should have booked 2 weeks.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a beach getaway! The house is cute, spacious and clean. You can’t beat the location either. We were able to walk to the beach, several restaurants and the grocery store. The host was incredible. She was so helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The unit sits above the garages so noise was minimal. Our Host Stephanie reached out several times to check-in even though we did not have any issues. It was convenient to have access to a garage that connects directly to the unit. Our girls enjoyed all the toys, books and rooms they stayed in (black out curtains were much appreciated. This property is also a short walk to PB. Lots of amenities within walking distance or short drive. We hope to be back soon.

My wife and I took my daughter, her wife, and my two-year-old granddaughter to San Diego for spring break. We had a great time. San Diego is a wonderful place for visiting with kids--the zoo, the children's museum, the beaches, kid-friendly fun restaurants (with good food too). The condo where we stayed couldn't have been better. The beach and bay are both about three blocks away, and shops and restaurants are also in easy walking distance on Grand Ave., Garnet Ave., and Mission Blvd. The condo itself is beautiful, with three big bedrooms, two baths, a good-sized living/dining/kitchen area, and a deck (only downside is the deck looks out on the alley below). The beds, linens, appliances, and accessories are all good quality. We especially appreciated all the helpful (and useful) touches: A stroller, crib, baskets of toys perfect for a toddler (even a play kitchen), a kitchen stocked with lots of things for cooking (even a large collection of spices). Stephanie and Melanie are wonderful hosts, and they've done a terrific job of setting up the condo and providing extras to make travel easier and fun.

We had a great time staying in Pacific Beach in this beautiful home. The condo was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. We would definitely return for our next trip to San Diego!

Great location and was very kid friendly for our grandchildren

Wow! We arrived early from the airport and were able to store our luggage in the place while maid service was there. We returned 90 minutes later and was able to check-in 3 hours early! The place was very clean. Kitchen was very nice! Appliances were clean and fairly new. Keurig was available to use. They provided lots of bath towels and other amentities. Beds were very comfortable! Having the garage was awesome! Washer and dryer in garage area was great too! Lots of beach supplies available (although we didn't use them). Location was so close to beach. Ralph's grocery store 2 blocks away as well. Nothing negative to say about the place! Hoping to return again later this year!

The location is fantastic, walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had 4 people there for most of the time and the unit is spacious and very comfortable. I brought a bike to get in a couple of rides and loved having the security of the garage to store my bike. We enjoyed several beach and bay walks, just a few minutes walk to be on the beach at the ocean or on the path around Mission Bay. We liked it so much we plan to return next winter!

We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance. I cannot stress how conveniently located this property is. We will be back!! :)

Everything is as described. Host is amazing and is very accommodating. The kids really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the toys included. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was beautifully decorated. Beds were soooo comfortable. Beach was close along with Ralph's grocery store. Great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay with this host again!

Unfortunately one of the bathrooms was out of order when we arrived which was an issue since 5 females had to share one bathroom. However they were able to fix it in a timely matter so it was an inconvenience for the first several hours. Other than that the accommodations and location were great It was clean which is most important to me.

Loved staying at this place. It fit our family of 5 nicely. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach where we spent all day everyday! Loved that they had beach chairs and a wagon. Hope to stay at this location again very soon!

Beautiful home and close to beach and restaurants.

Great location, well stocked property that is well maintained. Great communication from the hosts and made the stay in San Diego that much more enjoyable. Great property for kids, with two twin beds and cribs, and my kids enjoyed the age appropriate book collection. Had all the essentials for the beach - wagon, sand toys, chairs, etc. Would recommend to others.

The property had a garage, which was very convenient with a toddler. The house had 2 twin beds and a crib, high chair, and cute little play kitchen and books which captivated the toddler for hours. There was a generous supply of wagons, strollers, and beach toys. Enjoyed our stay!
