Great house, very clean, even decorated for the holiday!

What a nightmare this was. BEWARE cameras are everywhere! House is located in a not so good neighborhood. Had to contact Host because she never sent the code to get in at the checkin time. Then once you get there she sends you a whole new list of house rules never seen before. Host lied on VRBO description and said that you can use the 2-Car Garage to park your vehicles, I took screen shots to prove her a liar. Because after we got there she sent a text and said you cannot use the right side garage just the left. I would never keep my car outside in this neighborhood. After filing the VRBO Complaint Host changes descriptions but she was too late because I already screen shot everything needed to prove she is lying.House is worn, lot's of broken things so be careful she will try to blame you for everything. She threw an old trampoline over the back fence into the woods. This will start to paint a picture of the kind a person who does that. Dirty air filters, clumps of hair in the bathroom floors, rust stains in the refrigerator, loose handle on refrigerator, missing vertical blinds at back sliding door, worn out carpet, just disgusting home.I wish we could post pictures on this VRBO review because we took at least 40 pictures to document this horrible home. We filed complaints with VRBO and working towards trying to resolve the issues but host keeps lying. Do yourself a favor and stay else where, in fact you would be better off staying in you car in a wal-mart parking lot!!!

The house had plenty of room for us to work remotely and bring our dog. We appreciated the extra amenities and chilled beverages. It was conveniently located (close to drug store and lunch options).

Loved this place! Very clean! New! Affordable! Owners were very easy to work with and friendly! We had everything we needed and more! It is especially great for families with kids but honestly for anyone! I highly recommend!

In town for a wedding. The communication and stay was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this house. Newer amenities throughout.

This is a great property with excellent amenities such as the fireplace which we very much enjoyed. The location is also very good given that there is a grocery store, pharmacy and numerous prepared food establishments right across the street from the neighborhood.

Stayed here with my husband and adult son, daughter in-law and two grandchildren to attend my other son's wedding. Very spacious, with room for everyone and many amenities. Nice neighborhood, and well located within east driving distance to downtown Raleigh. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Clean and supplied thoughtful amenities.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here! The entire house is very nicely decorated, impeccably clean, and perfectly comfortable. We were also able to enjoy the included toiletries in the bathrooms and all the essentials in the kitchen. All the beds were extremely comfortable and we were impressed with how soft and comfortable all the sheets and towels were. On top of all that, our two young boys were able to enjoy playing on the trampoline that’s in the backyard, so it was a nice bonus for keeping them entertained during our stay. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay here when visiting family in NC.

Stayed for 3 nights…3 adults and 2 children. Had plenty of room and the house was lovely. Very clean with nice televisions and appliances: Additionally the host was very responsive and helpful!

Our stay at Luxury Haven was very pleasant. The very clean property offered ample space to spread out & relax, including roomy common areas, bedrooms, and closets. The owner offered thoughtful touches, including a custom welcome note & sign, complimentary snacks & beverages, a binder with info about the property & the Raleigh area, some children's books & family games, wireless bedside phone chargers, etc. The property featured an EV charger in the garage, new fluffy towels, a comfy king bed in the primary BR, large-capacity washer & dryer with laundry products, and a trampoline in the fenced-in back yard abutting a wooded area. While the bold interior design wasn’t to our taste, we appreciated the effort to create a stylish environment for guests. The kitchen was well-stocked with many band new items, and check-in was easy with a smart lock & personal entry code. However, the property did not live up to its “luxury” billing, with several things like finishes, fixtures, furniture, landscaping, linens, bath products, etc. not up to that “luxury” label. The lawn was overgrown with tall weeds, and a portion of the patio couch was starting to collapse. Additionally, the neighborhood was neither upscale nor luxury and multiple late night (3:45am & 4:45am) disturbances outside the property were quite disconcerting. Overall, “Luxury Haven” offers a great, well-priced, and well-equipped home-away-from-home in the Raleigh area if you are not expecting true luxury.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. All the beautiful pictures were exactly as the house was when we arrived. He had a beautiful welcome sign welcoming us to our home away from home for the weekend. It was absolutely thoughtful and very appreciated he had some drinks, snacks and coffee for us to enjoy until we got a chance to go shopping. The pups enjoyed the back yard to run around in and it was very nice for us to sit outside on the lighted patio and enjoying hanging out with the family while keeping an eye on the pups. The location was perfect as well. The property owner Mofi, was so very nice, easy to work with and very accomidating. I highly recommend this house and give it a 10 out of 10. It won't disappoint, I guarantee it. For sure will stay here anytime in the Raleigh area.
