Nice home, but not well stocked. Not enough shower towels or rags. Not as clean as it should have been (floors and showers were not very clean) some of the sheets had stains, check in process(line) took up too much time of our first evening. Security was very aggressive(we were barely on the sidewalk with the noise of our van)threatening to tow. Power went out in two of the bedrooms on the last night. The neighbors were EXTREMELY loud with their music to the point we were not able to use the pool at the house. Asked for an extra hour to check out(11 instead of 10) due to power issue and was denied.

Wonderful house. No issues. Very clean. The pool was really nice and we really enjoyed it. Neighborhood was quiet and the water was awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay. This is an excellent house for an adult family or group. It was difficult finding a house that had all adult bedrooms. This was perfect because each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for us!!!! The host was always available when we had any questions and kind. I was definitely stay again

The pool heater was not on for three days. The kitchen was fine but the can opener did not work. Overall the home was nice.

Nice and spacious

Ravi was great to work with, and quickly addressed a couple of small issues. House met all our needs. Only recommendation is that rugs could use a cleaning.

The property was nice and clean. The main living area could use some updating.

The house was in a great location with easy access to all activities. It was a great space with plenty of room for everyone. It was also clean and very secure!

Had a few issues, owner was able to remedy them quickly. Master bedroom mattress is very hard, as are the others upstairs. Not a fan of the tv reception, missed watching the National news the entire time we were there. Could use more fry pans & mixing/serving bowls. Also some hot pads, none to be found. Cleaning crew could be a bit more attentive, dining table still had sticky spots on it. We enjoyed the pool, when the weather allowed. Having all the bedrooms and baths worked out great. Lots of space.

Great place for our family

We had an amazing stay at this Windsor Island Resorts property and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our much-needed family vacation. The home is absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We loved being so close to everything Orlando has to offer, while still having our own private oasis to come back to and unwind after long days at the parks. The neighborhood itself is lovely and added to the overall experience. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

The house was as described. Plenty of privacy for each person with the multiple en suites. Great communication from the owner.

Amazing stay! The house was super clean, very spacious. The pool was ready with a lot of inflatables ready to be used. Beds super comfortable, plenty of space for our 3 families. Safety gate installed at the top of the stairs, and safety gate at the pool, which was perfect for us with 3 little ones. The complex is outstanding too, and communication was flawless. The host was always replying minutes after we contacted him. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

The house was great, clean and as advertised in the listing. Would definitely recommend to a big group of people or family staying in the area.

This was an excellent house and probably the cleanest house we have stayed in so far. Check in was easy despite the system being down at the clubhouse to issue passes. The house had almost everything you could need with a few exceptions such as a potholder. The house pool was beautiful and the main pool area was fun and not too crowded. Communication with Ravi was excellent and he was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort is spectacular. My complaint is the process to get into the resort.

This property is exactly as described with a good pool, nice bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. As with all rental properties a few scuffs and marks on furniture which im sure would have been remedied by a very responsive host but that doesnt detract from the overall quality and value for money of the property.

We had a great stay

Ravi’s place was extremely clean upon entering. Communication was good other than when I texted the number provided to ask about the internet being down- I got no response. It solved itself after a day. I have only two minor gripes about the place- 1.) All the beds besides one are hard as rocks. If you like a firm mattress- this won’t be an issue for you at all. If you like to sleep on something that doesn’t resemble the floor- good luck. 2.) the outdoor grill that is listed as available for you to use, is so badly taken care of, you can’t even use it. It desperately needs to be replaced. That stunk for us because we love to grill and prepare many meals at the home and we were unable to do that. Other than that- place was great. Host was great. Location was very convenient!

Everything was great during our stay. Huge house. Loved that all rooms had their own bathroom.

We had a great time, the house was beautiful! The pool water was warm. The bed was comfortable. The resort was great and employees at the Club House and guard house security were very friendly. We are thinking about returning next year. Our host was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!!

Accommodations were good, issue with pool heating was addressed quickly. Owner was very responsive.a text response away. Resort gated community is well geared for young children.

Property was clean (I'm very picky), accurately described and owner had great communication. Resort was nice and offered great amenities.

Well appointed- spacious- clean and comfortable. This home delivered on everything promised and the host was a delight to work with. We came to Orlando for the parks but overall our families best days were at the resort itself. The home was everything we needed and more. And the resort facility did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Vacationed with my husband. Our children and their spouses and our grandson. Thank you for helping us make great memories.
