Hot tub was definately hot enough. Kitchen was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out in the house. Disappointed that the gas grill was not clean and no propane.

Well appointed home with enough room for all 8 of us. We had to make appetizers for my sons wedding reception and the kitchen was so nice and big to make the food! The garage with all the games was a big hit and so was the hot tub. The upstairs bathroom is beautiful so nicely done with an awesome shower. The home is in a great location. My only complaint is that the carpet needs a deep cleaning, but was understandable being the end of the summer season.

We chose this property because we wanted to be able to walk everywhere so the location, our number one, could not have been better. Then there was the spacious kitchen and family room, which functioned really well for our group. Third, we appreciated the kitchen being well stocked with proper tools. If you show you have a great kitchen, you also need to show you have the tools that go with it and this feature did not disappoint. Most bedrooms were super small and there was not much room to put stuff. Second bathroom also is so tiny, it was an pressure relief valve afterthought and doesn't work well with a group using all 4 bedrooms. Thank you very much for your hospitality

We had 7 adults and 3 kids up for our annual family reunion. The hot tub was a plus. Loved sitting outside at the fire pit. The kitchen was a huge plus for our group. I absolutely loved the front porch rocking chairs for my morning coffee. I am hoping this is available again for us in July of 2027.

We had a wonderful week with 3 generations on vacation at the Victorian House of Boyne! The pictures do not do it justice! It’s much more spacious than it looks online and so charming! At the house we enjoyed the hot tub, playing board games in the front room, doing crafts with the grand children on the back porch, reading on the front porch, and cooking in the large kitchen. In Boyne City we loved, playing in the park, going to “Stroll the Streets” on Friday, the Farmer’s Market on Wednesday, Kayaking the Boyne River, renting a Pontoon boat for a day, and visiting the beach in Young State Park. I would highly recommend this lovely vacation rental home!!!

The Victorian House is a beautiful, well maintained home. The owners really have thought of everything that is needed during the stay. There is so much space for everyone to spread out. The outside of the property is very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor living spacing with the firepit and hot tub. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities (paper towels, TP, soap, etc). The beds were very comfortable and showers worked great. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The house is just a short walk into Boyne City. We had a great time staying in Boyne City at the Victorian House!

Everything was wonderful except we had to shovel and very icy conditions. I understand it's winter but with expecting guests we thought the main entry as well as pathway out to hot-tub shouldve been cleared for our arrival. Overall great time though.

We had a wonderful time. Came to Boyne for ski trip with family and was just about 10 min away from hill. The snow was great. I can’t say enough about how lovely the house was. Karol and Phil really thought of everything and made you aware they were there for any questions! Great bedroom set up for 3 families. Living room with fireplace was nice and cozy, hot tub was nice after day of skiing. Kitchen was very equipped with what u needed. Plenty of towels to use. Internet had great reception throughout house. So many positive things. My favorite was when we came home at night to see the Christmas lights on the house indicating which house was theirs. Never had to wonder if we pulled in the right driveway. Great feature. Definitely would rent if we head that way Again!!Thank u for a great weekend Christina and families.

We had an amazing stay! You can tell the home is very loved and not just some flipped rental home. It was clean and has everything you could ask for when staying multiple days. It was stocked with your standard things you need for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, even some other random seasonings). It has every pan and utensils you will ever need. The living room is especially cozy. The couch can fit your whole family as you watch tv in front of the gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms that are fit for adults. The 4th bedroom is quite small, has a slanted wall over the bed. It’s more suited for children. The hottub is well maintained. They have pool in the garage! However we went when it was cold and there was no heating in there (yet, they said!) the hosts were really responsive! They answered quite quickly to any questions. You have access to the entire house, except for the basement and a closet upstairs. The beds were comfy as well. We all agreed we would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our large family with kids. It was big enough for us to spread out and not feel cramped. It also has 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. So, for those of you who have small children, just note there is no tub. Also, the 4th bedroom was extremely small; big enough for a bed only with no closet or dresser and no space to get ready in. Other than that, the house was very nice and had everything we needed. The house was only a few blocks from Lake Charlevoix and within walking distance from so many shops and restaurants. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next family vacation!

Because of the timing of our visit in early July, the air conditioners located in each room upstairs and one downstairs ran frequently. As a result, we were not able to hear the traffic on the street nearby. We understand the ability to retrofit an air conditioner System would be difficult. Otherwise, the house was well suited for our visit.
