This was an excellent property to stay at. My wife and I enjoyed being able to walk to where all the shops and excitement was. I highly recommend booking here. You won't be disappointed.

Loved the front porch. We saw deer every night around midnight. Inside has a nice layout. Feels big for a small house. Just a block off Main st. And after a day of walking and shopping the hot tub feels great!

Great little cottage very convenient to main part of downtown and shops. Enjoyed having the small hot tub and was able to use at night with the cooler weather. Would definitely recommend. One beneficial enhancement to the cottage would be hooks or bars for towels in the bathroom and/or shower to have someplace to hang towels to dry or for access after shower, rather than just on the door knob or counter.

The property was very clean, cute and close to Main Street. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning soon!

Great stay especially how close it was to walk to shops and restaurants! Hot tub worked great first night, second night it would not get hot, even after we googled how to work it, that’s the only complaint.

Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The stay was excellent. I didn’t give 5 stars for communication with management because there was no necessity to do so. My only suggestion would be to install a couple of towel bars in the bathroom.

The location is perfect for walking to Main Street to eat and shop. The cottage was clean and inviting. We felt comfortable and safe.

Our little getaway in Fredericksburg was just what we needed! The one-bedroom space was warm, inviting, and full of charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. One of our favorite parts was the gorgeous front porch—it was the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening. It really made the stay feel even more relaxing and cozy. The location was great—close to Main Street and the wineries, but still quiet and peaceful when we wanted to just relax. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Such a sweet spot for anyone looking for a charming Fredericksburg escape!

The Speakeasy Cottage #1 was a great location and perfect for an anniversary get away. We loved the cabin, it was stocked with everything we needed and I like that there were no chores to complete when we left. Our stay was quite and comfortable.

Fabulous property. Selected this property based on location and was NOT disappointed. 1 block off Main Street and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Just around the corner from the Nimitz Museum. Excellent, isolated parking with easy access. Home is nicely arranged and provided all the necessities. Bed was extra nice! The Auslander beer hall is right next door, but can get a little noisy on Wednesday mornings when they had early delivery. Would highly recommend and consider staying here again in the future.

My Husband & I went for a weekend getaway. Location was great. Walking distance to Main Street. House was very nice & clean. Hot tub was perfect for evening time. Would definetely stay there again.

This was such a quaint cottage. My husband and I wanted to get away for the night and we ended up booking this cottage. It was cozy and located right off Main Street. After dinner we decided to enjoy the hot tub, what a great way to end our night! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen was missing short/tall drinking glasses, none found. Only one ice tray, needs more. The bathroom could use some towel racks to hang up wet towels. Close to Main Street but loud in the morning being so close to business. A very nice stay, we will be back😊

Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance for all the shops on main street. Would recommend hand towel holders in bath and kitchen. Provided coffee and additives. We enjoyed the stay.
