Sparrows Nest, charming 1-bdrm house in Rockport close to downtown and the water

Very nice place! Once we figured out how to get in the door and use the A/C everything perfect! Roomy and beautiful! Everything we needed was there. The host was a quick responder and able to help.

Home: The home is so comfortable and clean- home away from home vibe. Having a washer and dryer was a plus for us since we went to the beach daily. We took our dog in this trip and the living room had plenty of space to kennel him while we were out during the day. The backyard was gated and provided a lot of space for the dog to run around. Location: We walked down the road to a local coffee spot in the mornings and the main road with shops and eateries are close by. Host: The home and surrounding area has some interesting history and the host was extremely attentive. They left us some treats to take to the beach and even some dog biscuits for our dog. We really enjoyed our weekend stay and would stay again!

Sweet coastal town and a great location! The property owner was informative and responsive. The home was nicely furnished, comfortable, and spotless. It’s extremely close to Rockport’s charming historic district and convenient public access to the water. Our little dog especially loved sunning on the deck! We hope to return soon and try out the fishing.

Victor was an amazing host. He could not hav e been more amenable. House is super cute and a great location!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO rental! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The host was communicative and thoughtful. Location was ideal too — close to shops, restaurants, and beach. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Sparrow’s Nest was a peaceful & pleasant getaway.Pictures on website are accurate. The living room was larger than expected enough room for husband and I to relax. My daughter and her dog stayed at this beautiful property for nearly two weeks. It was beautiful, well maintained, and the owners were very responsive to requests. They were very welcoming of dogs (or at least Duke) - they provided dog dishes, and pet toys and treats. The location was fantastic; the only negative was the weather (a bit cold and rainy at times). You could walk down to the water, to shops, to nature trails. Amazing retreat and place to work remote. Lastly, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend booking this place for your next trip.

I recently stayed here for a weekend trip to visit family, and it was everything I could have hoped for! The property is incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The furniture was cozy yet stylish, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. The property was spotless, and the hosts clearly take pride in maintaining it. They even left a welcome basket with snacks, which was such a nice touch.If you’re looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay, I can’t recommend this rental enough.
