This home is one of those places that just feels right the moment you arrive. Set beside a beautiful park with wide-open views and no rear neighbors, it offers that rare balance of space, privacy, and easy access, something we personally love and know our guests appreciate.

It’s an ideal setup for corporate housing, especially with quick access to USA Parkway, and just 9 miles from the airport. Families feel right at home here too, thanks to the peaceful surroundings and the parknext door, complete with tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, four playgrounds, and horseshoe pits. Whether it’s a morning walk, an afternoon game, or a quiet sunset view, there’s always something to enjoy just steps away.

Inside, the home is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Every bedroom features a king-size bed (a guest favorite), and each TV comes loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Samsung TV Plus for easy, relaxing nights in. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking feel effortless, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

The Space
This is a single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort and ease, with an open, welcoming layout that works beautifully for both short stays and longer visits.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the garage, ensuring privacy and plenty of space to settle in.

Place was very spacious and nice. The guest bathrooms fan was having a hard time but other than that we really enjoyed our stay there. Very great communication with the owners as well.

A couple of friends and I stayed in this home for a fishing trip to Pyramid Lake. The home met our needs very well. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will most definitely rent this home again in the future when we come down to stay. Scott Pence - Sunriver Oregon

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend to visit my sister who lives nearby. House was as advertised with the basic amenities. Backing up to the park and green space was great for my young kids. Thank you!
