Sparkling Pool Near The Wigwam, Spring Training, State Farm Stadium!

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights to visit family in Litchfield Park during April school break. This was a great house for our family of 4: clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and a great backyard

We had a wonderful time relaxing at this beautiful home. Very well appointed … it had everything we needed and more. The home is very spacious and clean, and the hosts were more than accommodating! It was so nice to have this home to relax in after all of the graduation festivities.

We really enjoyed our stay! Short 15-min walk to the Wigwam pool and spa, only 5 minutes by car to a large grocery store. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed and the hosts were extremely communicative. Will stay here again!

We loved the property. It was in a great location for shopping, nice walks around Litchfield Park, Westgate entertainment, ... The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything for meals, etc. And lastly, the owners were extremely helpful , actively ensuring that we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Host was very responsive. Never figured out how to use the thermostat and the TV was perplexing for us. The home was very clean but the carpet needs to be replaced and the window blind in the queen bedroom needs to be replaced. If the house was available next year, we’d definitely stay there again.

Your home was perfect for a short getaway from snow! Morning coffee on the sunny back porch was perfect, close to sights and restaurants! Clean and well maintained! Host communicated well and was responsive! Litchfield had a great farmer’s market we visited after eating at El Pueblo- DELICIOUS!

This was one great place and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing location close to great golf and food!

Great location

When we stepped into the house (with very easy to use check in) we sighed relief. We had just had a frantic trip into Phoenix, and it was late and we were exhausted. This was exactly what we were hoping for! There were two of us. My partner had a private area with the bedroom and bathroom tucked into the back of the house. And I had the master bedroom with the private bath. The beds are super comfortable and helped us get rest to survive the long days we had. We forgot to bring coffee and tea, but our hosts thought of that and had some green tea and nice coffee, sugar and cream waiting for us. The check out instructions were easy and made us feel like we could make ourselves at home during our stay. There is a pool (we were too busy to enjoy it) a lovely patio area, and a quiet neighborhood. In short... it had all the amenities I needed, was exactly what was pictured in the listing, and we had an inviting place to return to each night. Thank you Lori!

This is our second stay while visiting family in the area - it is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very communicative and check in is easy. We will be booking it again!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. My husband has a bad back and we’ve always traveled with our own twin foam topper (yes, stuff one in a luggage) because most hotel and rental places use low quality mattress. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need to pull it out. Mark & Lori were accommodating, communicative and reasonable. The AC unexpectedly broke on us which caused a bit of hiccup, as is life. Mark and Lori were super prompt in addressing the issue and we were able to enjoyed the rest of our stay. In general, you hope for an uneventful rental experience but life happened and we were happy with how they handled the situation!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the pool was refreshing, well stocked kitchen and the couch was comfortable too! We have family in the area and hope to book this home again soon!
