nice quiet neighborhood, close to the riverwalk and the alamo, very easy communicating with Brent and Hector. House is beautiful and spacious. very clean and well maintained and stocked. we would stay again if we visit san antonio again.

It was very nice. We all loved the house. Lots of room and the pool was great. It’s a great place for a family or group of friends to stay. There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable.

Comfortable and beautifully decorated home, very conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. Great place for our family visiting from out of town to be together!

We had seven adults/teenagers and the layout worked well. Nice older home in a good neighborhood. Great location for walking to coffee shops and less than 15 minute drive to Pearl Markets, Zoo, and Riverwalk. And, good access to Bandera, Greune and Boerne. The pool is not heated so it would be great during hotter weather. The host is very responsive to questions.

This property was perfect for our extended family trip to San Antonio. From young kids to older grandparents, the space met all our needs. The host was reliable and maintained constant communication. A short commute to downtown and quick walk to restaurants and coffee. Highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving in San Antonio - Trinity University Fooball Playoff Win!!!Great Home in the heart of San Antonio near Trinity University, The Pearl and Downtown. Brent was a great host with great communications before and after our stay. This home is beautifully restored w a very well appointed kitchen. We were able to prepare a Traditional Thanksgiving dinner for our Son, traveling family and a few of his teammates who couldn't make it home for the Holiday. We topped off a wonderful stay on Woodlawn with a 34-24 victory over Hardin Simmons in the 2nd round of the DIII playoffs. Thanks Brent for sharing your beautiful home.

Gorgeous home in a neighborhood with lots of activity everywhere. Was that an owl we heard? Fun to explore this place, the family loved it.

The house was great! It was spacious and clean. The pool felt great after a day out exploring. This was a great value for the location and amenities!

Brent was the perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. He has a wonderful house that worked perfectly for five women travelling together. Lots of room and we enjoyed the pool area at night. The house is older but has been renovated and it is charming. The location is ideal in that it is about ten minutes from everything you'd want to do. There are restaurants close by and Brent gave us lots of recommendations which were helpful. We had groceries delivered so we could stock the refrigerator and it was super easy. The pool area was a bit in need of repair as was the pool but it still worked out. We enjoyed it immensely.

This is a very beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Nice signature scent upon entry. Plenty of space. So very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in a beautiful kitchen with every cooking tool you could imagine. We throughly enjoyed using the spacious pool and floating carelessly. I highly recommend this wonderful property. It is perfect for seeing the San Antonio sites and located in a very nice neighborhood.

Everything was good but especislly the master room was so hot... ac doesn't reach into master bedroom.. the matress from the master was so comfortable...

Spacious home that provided areas for mixed family to visit. Texas heat can be brutal and we arrived on a very hot day. The front of the house was very warm and never cooled below 78. The living area and back bedroom were a very comfortable temperature. Back up paper supplies were not readily available, but after contacting with owner, he immediately had some delivered. The pool was refreshing and a great way to cool off after being out in the heat in the Riverwalk. Location for us was on point for visiting family and getting to wedding events for the weekend.

Great location to all the attractions and sites in the San Antonio area. Just minutes from pretty much every place we visited. The pool was a blessing to have to cool off each night. The host and cohost were very friendly and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio except the fact that the owner limited my visitors. I had a problem with that, you can not tell me who can visit me when I have driven so far to see some of them who I have not seen in a while. This was all wrong. It is not like I am a young adult throwing a party or something. The house was convenient for our activities. Pool was not cleansed upon arrival but they did correct that in a timely manner. Only one TV that was in the central room which was great. Otherwise, it was a beautiful home. I would rate it a 3 just because of the limitation of guest.

Great place to stay. Perfect location for us.

This is the perfect location and a beautiful old home. The neighborhood is situated close to everything- downtown, the Quarry, the Zoo and the Pearl are all easily accessible. We were able to walk (safely and right around the corner) to a few restaurants and coffee shops. The home is spacious and the pool was large enough for our kids to spread out and play and float without feeling cramped. We enjoyed our family get-a-way here!

What a gorgeous home. Huge bedrooms, spacious gorgeous kitchen. Loved the outdoor area with pool. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, with streets full of historic old homes. 5 minute drive to the Pearl and river walk. Will def be back!

Lots of space. Well- equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Close drive to The Pearl. La Fonda is walking distance with great food. Thermostats did not cool consistently. Bedrooms got very warm at night.

What caught our eye was where the property was situated. Directly between the airport and the downtown sights. Only 5 minutes to the riverwalk and 10 minutes from the airport. We wanted to stay in a local neighborhood. Sat on the front porch almost every evening and chatted with the locals as they wandered by. Friendly folks in a clean neighborhood. The house had a great gathering area for us to plan our next day activities, yet we all had our own room when it as time to turn in. Should we visit San Antonio again we will definitely see if this property is available again.

House was beautiful inside and we really enjoyed the pool! It was a great location close to the Pearl and Riverwalk. Communication with the owner was great as well.

We made a last minute trip to San Antonio to be with family and this house was perfect! So much space and great location. Would definitely stay again!

Property was very nice

We traveled to San Antonio as several family members were taking part in the Rock and Roll 5k and half marathon runs. This house was convenient to the location of the run and also the riverwalk. We had enough warm water that we could all shower one right after the other.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. We loved the neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described. We will def say again in the area.

We had an amazing stay in San Antonio! The location was perfect, with beautiful coffee shops, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The house itself was stunning—very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was beautiful with wonderful appliances, and the open concept was lovely. We also appreciated the historic preservation of the property. The neighborhood was cozy, friendly, and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. The host was incredible and very helpful throughout our stay. Being so close to the Pearl in downtown was an added bonus. I highly recommend this place; it truly is one of San Antonio’s hidden gems!

We are eight older ladies that meet every other year or so for a reunion. We love older historic homes and this one didn’t disappoint. It is well appointed and has lovely antiques. We did have a couple of minor things happen but Brent and Hector took care of them immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would certainly stay again if ever in San Antonio again.

Spent a week in San Antonio with some family, and this turned out to be a wonderful place for us to stay. The house was beautiful, as good as the pictures, if not even better. The location was also great. There were lots of coffee shops and other places we could walk to, and the things we wanted to do around town, like visit the Riverwalk and the Pearl, were only a short drive away.

Everything about this beautiful house was fantastic. The host’s communication was clear and all messages were responded to very quickly. The location was perfect for activities in the city and was walkable to great restaurants. We highly recommend this home.
