Sparkling pool and rejuvenating spa!

The house was wonderful! Comfortable, fully equipped, and the screened pool/patio were what sold us on it. Grateful also that this property is pet friendly. The initial communication was a little confusing as initially I thought I was communicating with the owner., but then it changed & I was communicating with the property manager and apparently they couldn’t see my original communications. This was the only slight negative if you want to call it that. We enjoyed the property so much, though, that we plan to return again. You won’t be disappointed at all!

Well-maintained property in quiet neighborhood. Bountiful seating, plentiful supplies for cooking and cleaning, and a great outdoor area. Highly recommended.

House is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood very close to everything including the beach. We never left the house the entire weekend. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean, well supplied home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Huge outdoor patio with screened pool, hot tub and grilling area. Perfect home for vacationing.

Our stay was great! The house was so much better than the pictures! It was everything we were looking for: it was spacious, a perfect size pool, a spa, convenient to anywhere you wanted to go. Hopefully we can return next year.

House was awesome! We had a wonderful weekend stay while we were in town for a concert. The pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. Convenient grill area, and provided dishes and utensils made our afternoon bbq perfect. Would recommend to friends and family, and we are hoping to stay here again for our next trip to St. Auggie. Would recommend renting bikes since this house is in such a nice location close to a lot.

This house was centrally located to explore state park and St. Augustine. Walkable distance to Alligator Farm, which has a great rookery. Also walkable to the Ampitheater for the Wednesday night market and several other events. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Many outdoor features: pool, hot tub, fire pits, outdoor grilling area for you to enjoy. Loved our stay!

Great vacation home! Loved the hot tub and pool. Would love a book of where guests go to around the area. Thank you for the rental!
