This property was very well done. It was very clean and very well appointed. Lots of nice little touches.

The home was very comfortable, clean and convenient to Plaza Midwood and uptown Charlotte. The owners definitely care about the quality of the home and their guests' experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property in Plaza Midwood. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice linens. Well equipped kitchen including sharp knives! I cook for my family of 6 (who live nearby) every night and found everything I needed. Hosts were lovely to work with.

My son attended a week long summer camp at the NASCAR Hall of Fame and I didn't want to stay at a hotel for that length of time. We needed a place with room to work, prepare meals, and relax. The home was spotless with lots of amenities. The host was responsive and helpful. We took a walk in the neighborhood every night and felt very safe. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking and we only heard the neighbors in the attached home once or twice (seems they were having some sort of gathering but it was well within the acceptable hours of having a gathering.)

House was very neat and clean. Neighbors were very quiet - we only heard people once and they weren’t very loud. Paula was very kind and helpful with recommendations. If we need to stay in Charlotte again, this will be the place!

We went to Charlotte to visit our son. We usually stay in the city but decided to stay a little closer to our son. We made the right choice. The rental was super clean, communication with the owner was prompt and the neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. We had a nice note welcoming us upon our arrival with a few snacks! It was a nice touch!

We are very selective where we stay. This place was very clean inside and outside. A great location if you want downtown area.The only thing I would change is a more comfortable couch, especially for an older person. Otherwise very happy!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Three adults, one 4 year old. Felt great that it was so clean having a child. Very easy to stay here. Good location for walking. Will stay here again

My son had surgery and we stayed here for a week while he recovered. Everything was as described and we were able to order food and groceries to be delivered so we didn't have to leave the property.
