SPANISH STEPS Extra Luxury Apartment

This is a beautiful and clean apartment. A perfect size for 7 family members. The apartment is close to the taxi stand, Spanish Steps, mini marts, coffee shops, change stores. Our host Joey was so very nice. He kept checking in on us. It was a lovely stay!

The apartment was on a fantastic location and very clean and comfortable! A fantastic stay on a girls trip! Would definitely stay again. Joey was extremely kind and responsive!

Awesome location! Clean! Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves! To be clear it is only one shower. Impossible to shower in 2nd bathroom. Water will get everywhere. Paper towels or napkins would be helpful.

The host waited for our arrival and made the check-in process very simple. A great place, and in the perfect location. Can't wait to come back

Fantastic location and room!

We had an amazing stay! It's so close to everything and was beautiful and comfortable. The host was great with communication and able to hold our bags for us until we left for the train station in the afternoon. Highly recommend

This is a budget friendly stay but there are no frills or luxury elements of the stay.

We had a Wonderful stay at this spot minutes from Spanish Steps, Trevia Fountain, shopping, Food The host and tendant Joey was so nice meant us and helped with luggage and had a bottle of Wine, the place had AC with Italy ona heatwave was great, nice and cool.Nice rooms/ plenty of linens plenty of room. Very safe/ comfortable

Great apartment in excellent location. One block from the top of the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of many attractions. Subway close by and there is a small supermarket around the corner for supplies.

Joey was absolutely the best!He worked with us to get a pick up and he kept the driver informed when our flight was delayed and our luggage was lost. Then, Joey greeted us at the property, helped us with our luggage, and walked us through the apartment. Even though we were in town for just one night, everything worked out. The location was perfect, and met our needs. The property lived up to the description. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked too. On the day of departure Joey was once again readily available to help us with our driver. He is the best host I have ever seen when it comes to these kinds of rentals. I would definitely recommend this location!

Our Host Joey was the most helpful, kind and most prompt with any question or extra favor. We needed our passport numbers for a vat tax return within the hour before the store closed and he immediately responded with the pictures we gave him when we arrived. Thank you Joey you are the Bestest!

Great spot for access to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, walkable distance to coliseum etc. less than 5 minutes from metro.

Location was just a short walk to Spanish steps, everything was close by to the accomodation!

We indulged for only one night but wished we could have had a longer stay. One of the larger spaces that we rented in Italy. Comfortable and well equipped. Very helpful and responsive hosts.

The apartment was as promised. Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. Grocery store down the block. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the handheld shower washing my hair. I was unable to put it in an upright position to use both of my hands. It needed to be held the whole time or I would have sprayed the entire bathroom

Excellent location. Close to Spanish steps, Fontana Di Trevi and Pantheon. Communication with manager was great. Easy check in process. Place was spacious and clean.

We loved the location and the street. Especially the fun face gargoyles on the building just a few doors down. Place was well equipped and we loved the velvet furniture in each room. Such a great location.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Rome. It was spacious and well-furnished. The host was a good communicator, met us for a slightly early check in, and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out, all of which was much-appreciated. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the room this apartment provided for us to spread out and have our own space. It was a favorite for our children based on the furniture and space. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was well-stocked overall. The location was also great, with both Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps being closeby. We also found the travel instructions provided by the host for taking the metro from Roma Termini to be an efficient way to get to the apartment. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Nice clean apartment with plenty of room for family of 7. The pictures of the apartment are just like the ones online! Apartment is convenient to key attractions. Joey was great to work with, he answered all my questions and I had a lot. He even arranged all our transportation with private drivers which was an added bonus. Will definitely book again.
