Spanish Ranch on the Arkansas River- enjoy the rushing river from the Hot tub!

What a beautiful location on the river! Wonderful mountain views beyond the river. Plenty of room for our family of 7. This was one of our favorite vrbo’s ever.

Great property with 360 degree views, clean and comfortable beds and bathroom. We did use the hot tub which was all set up to go. Just an excellent property for a larger group. Exceeded expectations.

This house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The place was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Hot tub was great! A couple of notes for the host, the front door lock was really difficult to open and the wifi does not reliably reach the whole house so the living room smart TV did not really work. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean, scenic spot. Lots of amenities including game room, hot tub, outdoor games, private drive loop, well supplied kitchen. Bedrooms with extra blankets, cots, tvs.

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home with a family area with enough room for the entire family to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked at the house. My high school son went for a several mile run each morning and felt safe in the area.

The house was great for nine of us. There was plenty of room for all. Nice and quiet with the river running in the back yard. Close to town with lots of eating establishments. I believe this is the sixth time that I have stayed here. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and the area. We love Salida and it was short drive to get there. The house was very accommodating to our family. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for our needs with ability to park two RVs in front of property to accommodate our large family group. Back deck was excellent with large tree for shade. Thank you.

Superb location to access the fun of rafting, the sweet fishing holes of the property, the beauty of the area, and the towns of Salida and Cañon. The best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and a super accommodating host who was an excellent communicator. Great little restaurant, Dusty Rose, and cafe nearby was a nice perk! So happy to have had our family gather here!

Exactly what we needed in a beautiful location!

Nice home in the mountains countryside in Howard. Beautiful surroundings scenery with lots to explore. Conveniently close to Salida. Lots of sleeping arrangement space, good kitchen and dining areas.

We enjoyed our stay! The views were probably my favorite, but the house is super cozy and clean. Perfect place to ring in the New Year!

This property was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was like we where staying in a hallmark movie! The kitchen was well stocked for anything you needed to cook with. Very impressed. The guys loved the fact it had horseshoe pits!! It was also great to have the hottub to come back to after a long day of skiing.

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed. The only negatives I would are there were TONS of waps around the outside of the home and inside of the garage. It made the area hard to use. The were wasp nests everywhere too. Water also had a bad smell.
